It is important to me, to record this violent anihilation of human rights which has occured, that has one young woman who ran for Prime Minister in New Zealand in 2017, now hiding for their life in Russia and another incarcerated unlawfully under relentless electronic torture in their own home in New Zealand, as a modern day political execution in attempt to inflict this political defence undetected.

Some will throw shade on my testimony, until someone in their family or they themselves find themselves victim to their egegrious violation of our democracy by a political class of traitors and violent pshycopaths who run our nation, and then you will remember my words., which i have shared repeatedly, often through poetry as if you write sincerely in New Zealand about Government crimes, Jacinda Ardern's police thugs directly from her parliamentary unit, turn up at your doorstep and attempt to kidnap you into her 'state care', as they are genuinely fourth riech Nazi's, torturing and incarcerating the intellectuals capable to work to stop their violent fraud of destroying our nation by chemical and frequency assaults and branding it climate change while their 'state health system' is readied to manage their genocide to effect a technocratic societal and civilisation change, you simply cannot imagine.

I argue this in detail regularly to the International Criminal Court under OTP-CR-330/18 who have absolute right to jurisdiction on this case against Ardern, Reddy and the Queen, after every level of the New Zealand Judiciary evidenced themselves unable and / or unwilling to prosecute the matter by effectively stating that a government kill and theft program is outside of the power of the court, but yesterday's assault in response to my OIA request to ask which government department is using these electornic weapons in drones stationed outside our windows, was so violent, i had to consider my mortality, and what i might like to say sincerely without prose, given the fact that I am increasingly dangerously assaulted, in a nation where freedom of expression and the right of a victim of assault to speak about their government's violence has been forcibly ended along with any notion of Justice.

Everyone's child, friend, family, and loved ones is at risk of someone in our mafia state turning these weapons against them, so please take my warning seriously, we do not live in a free country, electronic weapons are being used to torture and kill citizens unlawfully, and the assaults once you're listed as an 'Enemy of the State' are relentless. A nationwide Guantanamo Bay torture camp is an understatement to describe what is occuring here, atleast at those prisons, they get to sleep at times without being assaulted or cooked to death. That is not the case in New Zealand.

This morning, upon learning a commonly used name for lazer weapons https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electrolaser, I requested confirmation from the Prime Minister and a range of her cabinet ministers - as to whose portfolio includes a fleet of weaponised lazers, in hope to ascertain who may be assaulting me with these and similar weapons fitted to satellites, drones and arguably as per many international examples, shot via neighbours.

Within an hour of this request, i began being severely shot to the head with such weapons within my protected space. These would be kill shots, if i were outside of my space but they cause unbearable pain to the brain muscle at their point of entry behind the ears and to the temple,

It would appear that atleast one of these Ministers passed along their OIA request to their state department, who decided to respond by using the Electrolazer weapons on my head as target practise all day, with intent to inflict grevious bodily harm, torture and no doubt, intent to kill without leaving a mark by inducing malfunction. Today's assaults directly after my OIA request have been some of the most serious i've suffered in New Zealand. They were not with intent to torture but with intent to completely imobalise me.

The most significant other times this specific type of shot to the head has been endured, as reported to the International Criminal Court each time, was when i was shot in the face to almost paralyse me in the Sydney Airport, moments after i bought my ticket to return to New Zealand on March 3rd 2019, after being severely tortured through Paris, London, Chaing Mai, Phuket, Sydney and in Auckland before being forced to flee the country in attempt for safety, where it is clear that the crime syndicate who run the New Zealand government are part of a global network of government empowered 'coalition partner' thugs.

The other memorable time i recieved the full force of this weapon shot to the head, as i have today, was after i had sought refuge from electronic torture inflicted in Paris in the 4th district, in the Russian, Swedish and Italian Embassies and Unesco without success, only to return back to my friends apartment with a full force shot to the head as i was paying for my taxi, which almost paralysed me, whereby the following day, the Mayor of the fourth district confirmed they had snipers active in the area with paralysis causing 'crowd control weapons'.

The effect of this shot to the head is an egregious assault, versus many other assaults which require a more sustained period to wound internally by torture. In simple terms, it's a kill shot.

Damien O'Conner - Minister for MPI / Biosecurity and New Zealand's new civil military force

Eugene Sage - Minister for Conservation - Department of Conservation - responsible for spreading the poison assault across our forests and waterways via DOC

Andrew Little - Minister for the GCSB - responsible for the spy agency whose surveillance i expect rely's on quantum computers, with citizens information passed along to Mossad, the CIA/NSA, MI6, etc.. who are capable to then inflict such an assault with precision use of nano tech and NZ Govt. surveillence, which i have been violated with to enable electronic rape, torture of specific body parts wth pin point precision, etc...

David Clark - Minister of Health - responsible for approving the chemical assault program for human consumption and approving the weaponised 5G system for installation;

It is fair to assume that one of these individuals, if not all of them, ordered and/or allowed an assault on my brain today by Electrolazer weapon, and that one if not all of these departments are unlawfully using these weapons to assault and torture citizens, which is an act of extreme, barbaric, high tech violence,

I expect if any of them gave an even remotely honest OIA response to my requests which i will forward, they would suggest that today's shots to my head was in the interest of National Security, as our mafia state push forward on thier genocide without restraint or justice, showing their nature as violent criminals by willingly and repeatedly assaulting a woman, whose only weapon is to think and type.
