CASSIDY Michael W. beloved husband of Annette Long Cassidy, devoted father of Bryan, Megan, Morgan and Caitlin Cassidy, dear son of Muriel Wade Cassidy and the late George R. Cassidy, caring brother of Kerry (Jennifer) Cassidy and the late Jeffrey Cassidy. Wednesday, December 7, 2005, residence Milford, Ohio. Memorial service, Evans Funeral Home, Milford, Monday, December 12, 7 P.M., family will greet friends 6-7 P.M. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cassidy Children, c/o Michael Cassidy Memorial Fund at any 5/3rd Bank.
