In this latest snap, Vanessa is seen proudly posing with husband Nick Lachey and their two-year-old son Camden John.

Vanessa has snapped back into shape just three months after giving birth to Brooklyn.

During an interview on the Today show earlier this week, she talked about motherhood and plugged baby charity March Of Dimes, for which she is a paid spokesperson.

Vanessa told the show that she is still evolving as a 'woman and a mother'.

She said: 'It's still very surreal to me that I'm a mother of two. It's not really hit me yet.

'I'm still evolving as a woman and a mother.'

Vanessa gave birth to Brooklyn Elisabeth on January 5; she also has a son Camden, who is two-and-a-half years old.

The former Miss Teen USA also revealed how motherhood had made her more empathetic.

She recalled how there was a screaming baby on a recent flight she was on and that she just wanted to 'go back and hug them'.

'You just have this empathy,' she reasoned, adding: 'It was the first time travelling with neither of my children.'

Earlier this month Vanessa shared a first peek of baby Brooklyn, wearing a cute Easter bunny hat.

Vanessa and Nick, 41, revealed they were expecting again back in July.

The couple married in July 2011 on Sir Richard Branson's private Necker Island in the British Virgin Islands.

Recently, it was announced that the new mom will soon star in a new NBC comedy pilot, titled Not Safe For Work, while Nick continues to host VH1's Big Morning Buzz Live news and talk show.

Deadline reported that the show would follow best friends Dale (Michael Cassidy) and Georgie (Christine Woods) whose relationship is upended when he starts dating the perfect woman, Drea (Vanessa), the perky local morning news anchor who is self-conscious about maintaining her image.
