Miami Coral Park Senior High School Reviews
Rating 3.78 out of 5 317 reviews
This school is where some of my cousins went to and graduated from, so I knew that it was a good school in the first place. Once I heard about the RamTech club and their different branches of what you can do and on top of that the Engineering Magnet, I was practically sold. Obviously there are some caveats, like bathrooms being cluttered up with students or how some of the food is "subpar", but I do think it's a great school to attend to. Even if you aren't applying for the Engineering Magnet, there are also some other magnets, like the Construction Magnet or the Biomedical Magnet. There are even other clubs aside from RamTech, like the Bible Club or the E-Sports Club. There are several things that any new or transferring student can participate in and enjoy the activities.
My experience with this school is grey, I don't exactly dislike it or like it. But I did have multiple cherishable experiences with my friends and teachers whom I care for a lot. I would like to see more student voices heard about issues such as lack of security, sweeping problems under the rug, and disrespecting students' rights.
My overall experience of Miami Coral Park Senior High School is the hallways are always crammed with students waiting to enter their classes, the bathrooms are mildly destroyed, and the food needs improvement. However it has lots to offer such as well versed teachers that give excellent lectures and that have many years of experience. I would like to see an update to the bathrooms and more hallway control.
