It was a chilly one this week with the volunteers spending much of their time jumping up and down to keep warm and token support Carolyn even sneaked in a first lap to warm up! But at least it was clear and this week we had a total of 72 runners brave enough to run off the Christmas pudding already, 30 of those were first timers and despite the chilly weather and Christmas eating/drinking 13 runners managed to record new Personal Bests - well done you!

And so to the stats:

In the Men's placings this week:
- Paul CHEETHAM (VM40-44) of Barnes Runners, was first over the line in 17:22
- Richard Marshall TAYLOR (SM35-39) of Serpentine RC, was second over the line in 18:27 (and then went on to volunteer as a barcode scanner!)
- Jamie COLEMAN (SM35-39) (Unattached) was third over the line in 19:23.

As for the Women:
- Lizzie IRVINE (SW25-29) of Wimbledon Windmilers, was first (10th overall) over the line in 20:45 in her first appearance at Fulham.
- Wendy CASTERTON (VW35-39) (Unattached) was second (13th overall) over the line in 21:23.
- Margie SLADE (VW40-44) (Unattached) was third (18th overall) over the line in 21:38.

The following runners recorded the best Age Grade scores:
Paul CHEETHAM (VM40-44) was graded 79.17% for the time 17:22 (first overall).
David MCCABE (VM60-64) was graded 74.40% for the time 22:08 (25th overall).
Ludovica BRUNO (VW50-54) was graded 73.70% for the time 22:45 (29th overall).

So still no one to rival Nick SIRS who recorded a 86.03% run (18:01) on 16th November 2013 (event number 5).

Fulham Palace parkrun started on 19th October 2013, and since then 637 different runners, including participants from 81 athletics clubs, have completed 1,301 runs covering a total distance of 6,505 km, and there have been 287 new Personal Bests.

The women's record is held by Imogen SIMMONDS who ran in a time of 00:18:39 on 2013-12-07 (event number 8).
The men's record is held by Alex MILNE who ran in a time of 00:15:37 on 2013-11-30 (event number 7).
