I play at Trop occasionally, it’s my understanding that the credits earned on your Caesars Local card can be transferred to and from your Caesars Rewards when you link accounts. The transfer can be done at a kiosk.

Let’s say you have a bunch of Caesars Rewards RC’s from playing at Harrah’s and you feel like having the Ropa Vieja at Cuba Libre at Tropicana. You can transfer points from Caesars Rewards over to Caesars Local and exclaim ¡Viva la revolución!

As of now the tier points earned on the Trop Local Card are separate from Caesars other properties, the goal is to have one unified system within the next couple of months.
