Marilyn was such a delightful and knowledgeable person. I met her as a new Realtor Agent and needed assistance navigating H.A.R.. As I took her classes they were so engaging and full of tips and wisdom. I gleamed from every class I had with her because of her knowledge. The most valuable lesson I learned from Marilyn was, as you are going through difficult times in your life keep moving through it. May the family and friends be comforted with the legacy and the light Marilyn Maxwell left. Praying for the void and the tremendous loss that it be filled with cherished memories.

I´m so so sad to see this news this morning, I trained under Marilyn at the Coldwell Banker United training corporate offices in 2005. She was such a bright light and an excellent trainer. My condolences to her family, may you feel the tangible presence of our Mighty Lord, The Christ, The Spirit of God during this time as you experience the grief of her passing.

Attended several of Marilyn's classes at HAR. She was a delight, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Life is but a vapor, but comforted she's now in the arms of Jesus, restored and full of immeasurable joy. She fought hard to live. Fully alive now and greatly missed. Soar in heaven Marilyn and all comfort to your son and family. "Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you. Not as the world gives, do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, nor let it be fearful" John 14:27

Marilyn was introduced to our company at an early age. Right out of High School with a few months of college. She was perfect for the front desk. Beautiful Smile, Pleasant Telephone Voice and Quick to Learn. I am sure she will be missed by everyone who knew her.

Just heartbreaking to hear of our friend Marilyn´s passing! We´ve known Marilyn and her parents for many years. Her Son Christopher and our Son Brent have always been on the same Challenger Baseball Team. Marilyn has never missed a baseball game and she always sat on the top bench, cheering and commenting on everyone with sincere enthusiasm! It´s going to be really hard not seeing her on that top bench! We always made it a point to talk to Christopher and Marilyn after each game . I thought she was going to beat this illness of Cancer! We are going to miss you our friend Marilyn. Your memory will never be forgotten and now you will be united with your loving Parents who also
We´re Christopher´s biggest fans. It makes us happy to know that Christopher will be well taken care of by your love Kip! Really special. Condolences to all family and friends during this very heartfelt time. Prayers will continue to be sent! Rest In Peace beautiful Marilyn!

We have lost a very strong, beautiful and dedicated mother who was equally dedicated to her career. It was a pleasure working with Marilyn at HAR and being friends at Coldwell Banker. Her laugh was contagious! Marilyn has beautiful angel wings. She will live forever in our hearts. My condolences to Christopher and Kip.

We are all here as visitors. Our bodies are like coats and one day we have to remove ourselves from our coats and leave this earth. I too went through cancer treatment April of 2021 and I am so sorry to hear of her loss. However, I was very fortunately to have met Marilyn through HIREBA and through other courses I've taken at HAR. Marilyn no longer suffers and is in a better place, I will keep her son in our prayers and wish him a wonderful life with his extended family.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.
I met Marilyn in Jazzercise and she was so delightful. She had just graduated from high school. I thought she would be a good match for our Callagher Hamlin office. I introduced her to Peggy the office manager and the rest is history. She was quick to learn and a delight to be around. Bless your memory Marilyn.

Marilyn helped me so much when I started my RE career and although I didn't see her often, whenever I did it was great to catch up. Such a wonderful soul. Thought and prayers for her wonderful son - she always loved talking about him!
