Someone tried to use my credit card while I was staying there, it happen 4 days after arriving at the hotel. I put my cards in the room safe first day we arrived there and did not use it for 2 weeks before we went there. Day before I've got the text from my bank asking to authorise 974 euro for plane ticket I did not buy, our safe stop recognising our code, at the time did not thought it could be related but when few days after the safe displayed the same error I thought I should mention to the reception that someone might have been resetting the code while taking pictures of our cards. The manager who was called to talk to us was rude and only stated that all members of the team worked in the hotel for at least 35 years ( some members were still teenagers so it was ridicules claim) at the end she did us this massive favour of sending someone to reset the safe, but never appologised for her rudeness or promisses to look into it. She acted angry with me for even mentioning it. If it wasn't for my bank I would still be chasing that money

It is situated on the seashore. The staff extra friendly. The all inclusive menu is delicious and both authentic Greek and international. The kitchen works perfectly. The animation team is an energy bomb. Let`s check a water zumba or any other program. :) Each person in the staff is smiling. You`re speking Englush, Russian, Italian, etc? They can undertand you. We spent here one week. Sitting in the restaurant turn right: the sea, turn left: the mountains. Perfect location.

We travelled here on 28th July for 10 nights with Jet2.com.

On booking I was expecting a 4 star accommodation. The bedrooms are extremely dated and need modernising. Have old shower curtain and a shower that will soak the whole bathroom if you are not careful.

Do not get kettle in room so take one with you, the hairdryer works great.

There was not a single English person in hotel so it made you feel like you were an imposter nobody speaks to you or even smiles.

Had an issue with keeping room on until 6 as we weren’t leaving until 8pm, told conflicting information every time spoke to reception. Sorted in the end but found it stressful.

The food was ok, always hot but not a lot of choice. Would of been nice if had bananas apples etc

The location is great, near Malia centre and only 15 mins walk to old town. I think that if more English and rooms updated this would be a great place to stay.
