We had the most wonderful staycation at this beautiful hotel. We got upgraded to a suite because we were celebrating our anniversary. The hotel had even printed out pictures of us and our family and decorated the room. It was a very special touch. The service was impeccable! We can't wait to go back!!More
The view from the hotel room is spectacular. The design of the bathtub and the shower room is perfect.

My wife and I stayed here on our wedding day and it was fantastic. The staff were all extremely kind, polite and caring. Everyone we saw had a kind word to say and knew our names and kept asking if they could do anything to help. From the minute we arrived to the minute we left everything was perfect and really well thought out. I must say that it almost felt like we were family! The food was excellent, massages perfect and the bed like sleeping on a cloud! We will certainly be back!

We stayed at The Upper House for the friendship 45th Anniversary, 4 old girls, we had a great stay and felt so so comfortable. The staffs are polite, helpful and very friendly. They smile all the time let us felt warm and welcoming. The rooms we stayed were clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The shower and the bath tub are separated. The bath tub is big and with the stunning city view. The bathroom have two sinks and a walk in closet. Mini bar provided beer, soft drinks, and water and snakes are complimentary. Breakfast were so delicious. Good memories for stayed at The Upper House. Highly recommended. We will definitely back again. Good experience. Thank you for all of the friendly staffs.

We stayed 2D1N at the Upper House for my birthday 🎂. Mr. Edward Tang greeted us and gave us a very warm welcome, he makes you feel very at home and is very attentive to details and even arranged transportation for us to a restaurant in Central which I had booked for birthday lunch! 🌟👏🏼
The rooms are excellent and it's the first hotel I've ever stayed at where I felt that the lighting and air conditioning were perfectly on point, the temperature and humidity felt so comfortable and inviting. Great ambience 🌟.
Needless to say the room had a great view with its corner windows, and the bathtub lived up to my high expectations with beautiful views.
They were kind enough to give us a birthday cake which was really yummmm 🥳. We also ordered a cheese platter from the cheese pop-up stall which was good too.
Personally I appreciate that the toothbrushes were made of biodegradable materials, and bottled water was served in glass bottles which I presume they will recycle.
Breakfast was great and I loved the coconut Chia pudding 😍. There are also many restaurants a short walk away so there are plenty of food options.
We joined the complimentary yoga class on Saturday morning which was very zen and even my husband enjoyed 🥳.
If only I could win the lottery and move into the Upper House permanently😆.
