Dropped a 20 dollar bill while walking through here, turned around to see a ghetto rat snatch it off the floor and stuff it in his pocket. I asked him repeatedly to give it back, he kept refusing and it looked like the only resolution would be fists. A crowd gathered, all backing the perp, and it was pretty clear this would be a no-win unless I just walked away. I don't know why anyone would come here unless they were looking for trouble. I have no doubt even worse goes on than what I experienced but don't look for the toadies in the media to report on it.

I took my kids here specifically to go to Garrett's Popcorn. While we didn't feel unsafe here, all of my kids commented on the number of security guards and metal detectors throughout the mall and asked why. At the time, I didn't know why. However, after visiting, I did a quick internet search and found the reason. Would I go back? Probably. Would I make a special trip to visit Lenox Square? Probably not.

This used to be my favorite mall to go to when I'm in Atlanta because of the high end stores. I must say that I am terribly disappointed with it now. I DEFINITELY don't feel safe there any more, in fact it's scary when you realize people are following you because you are carrying bags from purchases from a high end store. I've NEVER had that happen before!! The end result is that I won't shop at Lenox Square anymore. I won't go back. I couldn't wait to get out of there. What in the hell is happening to Atlanta, Georgia when you can't feel safe going to a mall to shop?

This mall was so underwhelming. We were excited for a fun shopping day and ended up just walking around and leaving. It’s just like any other mall out there... It also has an EXTREMELY confusing layout.
Every one told us this was the best mall in Atlanta & we loved the Phipps Plaza way more (which is right across the street.)

I have been a long time customer of Louis Vuitton. I could not begin to list ALL of the things I have purchased over the years . They refused to exchange a present from my husband until I made a fuss. They are pompous jerks. Manager told me he was doing me a favor by exchanging it that 1 and only time. Save time and don’t go in this store!!!!

If you want to shop, head on over.
Parking an issue and not the easiest to drive around.
Everyone wants to be here.
Bring the kids, plenty of shops and food for them.
Dad may even be happy here.
Mommy will for sure.
A great place for when the weather is not cooperating.

The service in Bloomingdale’s was outstanding. Tony did me a solid and arrange a delivery of a Mackenzie Childs Tea pot to me before I flew back to the UK.
Thank you so much Tony, you are a true gentleman and your service will always be remembered.

If you’re in the area then visit, but these places are all the same. Banana Republic, Macy’s, L’Occitane, etc..... plus a Mont Blanc shop
The Mall was clean and well Policed. Nothing more to say, other than perhaps to mention the ample parking.

Yes this shopping centre is easily accessible to all abilities and there are store that caters to all demographics. I would also like to highlight the clean and tidy restrooms and especially the comfortable seating areas dotting the mall

Sorry I don't know my kids took me there.
But, Strollers are available for rent in two locations:
Mall level between Michael Kors and Tourneau
Upper level between Godiva and Abercrombie & Fitch.
This is also a Simon mall. That said it should not be that different from other Simon owned malls.

If talking about Renaissance at Midtown at 866 Peachtree st. then it is about 20 minutes south of Lenox Square mall.

I felt very safe there. I shopped until the stores closed, about 10:00 p.m. There were plenty of security officers.

What transportation should I take from the airport to the mall?
Theresa El-Amin

The North-South line for MARTA can get you very close and it the most direct, low-cost option. Cab from Peachtree Road MARTA station to the mall would be my preference.
