About this school

Lahainaluna High is organized around smaller learning communities based on career pathway teams. They include arts & communication; business management & technology (Academy of Hospitality and Tourism); health & medical services: industry, engineering & technology; and natural resources.

Students in the school's career and technical education programs have won many state and national awards. The school requires a senior project for graduation. Students write a paper and make a powerpoint presentation judged by community volunteers and teachers. The school also provides an inclusion program in all grades.
