The duo released their self-titled debut on May 14, 1991. Damian Dame had success on the R & B charts and were set to release a second album before tragedy struck the duo. Hurd was killed in a car accident in Atlanta, Georgia on June 27, 1994. Broadus died of colon cancer on June 27, 1996, exactly two years after Hurd's death. Broadus' daughter Sky was featured in a 2008 episode of My Super Sweet 16.

Burton embarked on his music career in 2000, with hip hop group Da Razkalz Cru, under the pseudonym Bucklyte. The group quickly disbanded, and Burton went on to work as a model for the Sean John clothing line. In 2007, Burton signed to Akon's Konvict Muzik label. Burton released three singles from 2007 to 2009. The first, his commercial debut single "Who the Fuck is That?", featuring Akon and T-Pain, charted on the Billboard Hot 100. On May 18, 2009, Burton was shot to death at the valet stand of the Beverly Center shopping mall in Los Angeles, and Aubrey Berry was arrested for his murder. Berry was acquitted on all charges.

    Jermaine La Jaune Jackson (born December 11, 1954) is an American singer, songwriter, bass guitarist, and member of the Jackson family. He was a member of The Jackson Five, a singing group consisting of him and four of his brothers from 1964 to 1975, where he was the second lead vocalist after his brother Michael and played bass guitar. Jackson sang the lead on some of their songs and had featured vocals on many others, including many of their biggest hits such as "I'll Be There" and "I Want You Back". When the band left Motown and reformed as "The Jacksons", Jermaine decided to stay with Motown due to loyalty to Motown founder Berry Gordy, whose daughter he had married, and was replaced in the group by youngest brother Randy. Most recently (January 2009), KP was appointed Senior Vice President of A&R at Island Def Jam where he signed 15-year-old R&B sensation Khalil. Ghet-O-Vision has also inked a label deal with Interscope Records for up and coming Alabama M.C. Yelawolf.

Keisha Jackson went to college for two and a half years before moving to Atlanta, Georgia where she tried to pursue a music career. She formed a girl group with her friend called Obsession and played the clubs around the city of Atlanta. Keisha then got an opportunity to put out some albums, and in 1989, released her self-titled debut. The album scored a minor hit with its single, โ€œHot Little Love Affairโ€ which reached #39 on the charts. In 1991, Keisha released a second effort, titled Keisha, which had the single โ€œMature Love.โ€ The track failed to make a big impression and peaked at #80 on the R&B charts. In the time after, Keisha began working with LaFace Records as a background vocalist. She worked on tracks with Toni Braxton, Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown. She became involved with a Warner Bros. Records plan to make a group called Black Coffy and was signed to the project. However, the group was dropped before ever making any real recordings.     Lisa Nicole Lopes (May 27, 1971 โ€“ April 25, 2002), better known by her stage name Left Eye, was an American hip hop recording artist, and dancer. Lopes was best known as one-third of the R&B girl group TLC, alongside Tionne "T-Boz" Watkins and Rozonda "Chilli" Thomas. Besides rapping and singing background vocals on TLC recordings, Lopes was one of the creative forces behind the group. She received more co-writing credits than the other members. She also designed the outfits and staging for the group and contributed to the group's image, album titles, artworks, and music videos. Through her work with TLC, Lopes won four Grammy Awards.During her short solo career, Lopes scored two US top-ten singles with "Not Tonight" and "U Know What's Up", as well as one UK number-one single with "Never Be the Same Again". She also produced the girl group Blaque, who scored a platinum album and two US top-ten hits. Lopes remains the only member of TLC to have released a solo album. On April 25, 2002, Lopes was killed in a car crash while conducting charity work in Honduras. She swerved off the road to avoid hitting another vehicle, was thrown from her car, and died instantly. She was working on a documentary at the time of her death, which was released as The Last Days of Left Eye and aired on VH1 in May 2007.
