For the size of town this is a great shopping centre/cinema in the heart of town . It's located opposite a beautiful park & 5in walk from the lovely daily open air market . Parking is free for the first 2hrs

We have just moved to Portugal yes its not huge but for a local town its a nice size shopping centre. You can park for 2 hours for nothing . It has a supermarket on. The bottom floor. The stores in there are not expensive and it has been decorated for Xmas really nice.

The mall itself is small, but nice in general.
The mall has some ok places for dinner, but nothing special. There aren't a lot of places to sit for dinner and people playing with their phones while taking precious tables at meal times do not help.
Nice cinemas, have been to them a number of times.
There's a super (Jumbo chain) at the very bottom of the mall.
Typical stores on two of the stories, which you will find in all other malls in Portugal.
Nice parking areas with two/three stories worth. You can also park outside in non mall related parking areas.
I like this mall, has a pleasant vibe to it for some reason.

Nothing too special. It's a typical mall with about 3 floors. The top floor is the food court. It does have a great bubble tea store called "Tapi Bar". It has free parking for the first 2 hours. It should be worth mentioning that it is a clean mall which ranks high in my books.

In this mall they have many (internationally known) clothing stores for women, men and children. Besides that they also have a large grocery store, an electricity store, a hairdresser, nailsalon, and you can get many nice meals on the upper floor.
In short, you can spend a lot of time in this mall without getting bored.
The parking is really cheap.

This indoor center is just perfect for a place like Caldas da Rainha. It has everything one needs from eating places for lunch, shops are of good quality along with a supermarket and a cinema. On a miserable day perfect to visit.

There are several store spaces closed, in the space of months they have closed stores with minimally acceptable prices, and "luxury" stores are opening with super high prices, and which for the cadence population doesn't make sense. The restaurant is in a state of disrepair, we don't have a wide choice of different types of food, all at 3 hamburger restaurants, a pizzeria that almost never has ready pizzas, or staff present at the counter. Taking into account that it is the only shopping mall in the city, it is sad that it is not a pleasant, comfortable and inviting place for both tourists and locals!

FRAUD. SCAM Company Greentel Phones is a FRAUD. SCAM. My girlfriend bought a tlm through their Facebook worth almost 400 euros with delivery the next day. On the day of delivery they ask for another 150 euros for the delivery to be made, they say the order is stopped in Rio Maior and the carrier is a ghost and doesn't even exist. Obviously my girlfriend refused to pay that amount, as the 400 euros included shipping. And 150 euros???? She refused and asked for a refund and was immediately blocked on Facebook. They did not provide an invoice or respond to emails. He ran out of money and they never sent the phone number. Crooks
