Mr. Kristopher “Kris” Craig Moore, of Clinton Township, Macomb County, passed away very unexpectedly at the young age of only 33 years 5 months and 6 days on Thursday, April 20th, 2017.
Kris, the son of Tim and Brenda (Craig) Moore, was born November 14, 1983, in Detroit.
Kris’ interests were diverse. Between reading, creative writing, and illustrating, he worked tirelessly towards his dreams of becoming a published creative writer. He received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Central Michigan University in 2007.
His creative writing dream culminated in his own brand, KisforKomics, for which he had a number of various projects, including “Science Girl” and “Saturday Morning Snack Attack”, among others.
His work also took the form of articles and blogs, many of which can be found on various websites, notably KisforKomics.com. Kris was honored to be a co-author of “Cardboard Kingdom”, a children’s graphic novel scheduled to be released in 2018.
