Mohammad Reza Pahlavi - Shah of Iran who put in power by the US and UK after toppling the democratically-elected Iranian Prime Minister Mohammad Mosaddegh. Guilty for the brutal suppression of perceived political dissent by massacring peaceful demonstrations numerous times, and executing and torturing thousands of alleged opponents with the use of the secret police SAVAK, which became notorious for using Nazi SS torture tactics against its prisoners.
Franjo Tuđman - Croatia's NATO-backed right-wing ultranationalist dictator from 1990 to 1999. Guilty for the forced deportation of over 150,000 ethnic Serbian civilians (almost the entire Serbian population in Croatia) and the rehabilitation of WWII-era Croatian Ustaše Nazi collaborators and war criminals.
Ramil Safarov - Azerbaijani Army lieutenant who murdered the asleep Armenian Army lieutenant Gurgen Margaryan with an axe on the night of February 19, 2004 in Budapest, Hungary. But on August 31, 2012, the Azerbaijani dictator Ilham Aliyev pardoned Safarov and was extradited by the Hungarian Government back to Azerbaijan, where he received a hero's welcome and was treated as such by Turkic ultranationalist circles around the world for his race-based murder.
George W. Bush - US President responsible for the Invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq which resulted in the deaths of 21,000 Afghan civilians and half-million Iraqi civilians, the enacting of the PATRIOT act which allows the government surveillance and censorship of communications and the media in the name of "counter-terrorism".
Barack Obama - US President guilty for: Killing over 2400 civilians with drone strikes in Yemen, Pakistan, and Afghanistan, the enacting the NDAA which allows the extrajudicial detention and execution of dissidents and anti-war activists, the Invasion of Libya which caused the deaths of 1108 civilians, and the funding of neo-Nazi and Islamist terrorists in Libya, Syria, and Ukraine.
Bill Clinton - US President responsible for funding Islamist terrorists in Bosnia and Kosovo, sactions against Iraq which resulted in the deaths of 500,000 Iraqi civilians, and aerial bombing of civilians in Yugoslavia which resulted in the deaths of 2500 civilians and the forced deportation of 200,000 ethnic Serbians and other non-Albanians from Kosovo.
