Shahid Kapoor serves a shirtless selfie from Goa and captions it, “Sunny side up”

Shahid Kapoor treated his followers with a shirtless selfie on Saturday. Chilling by the pool in the afternoon sun, Shahid captioned the picture, “Sunny side up”. Reacting to the selfie, Mira Rajputdropped a fire icon in the comments section. Shahid Kapoor has been living it up in Goa with his wife Mira. While this is Sasha’s first picture from the getaway, Mira has been posting several doting clicks from their vacay.

Recently, Shahid Kapoor announced the wrap of his film ‘Jersey’. He had penned an emotional post on Instagram that read, “It’s a film wrap on #jersey .... 47 days of shoot during covid. Just unbelievable. I am so proud of the entire team. It’s nothing short of a miracle. I want to thank each and every one from the unit for coming to set every day, putting themselves at risk and doing what we all love doing. Telling stories that touch hearts and make a difference. Jersey is a story that speaks of a Phoenix rising from the ashes. The triumph of an indomitable spirit. If there was ever a time I could connect with the underlying spirit of a film this was it. As we all fight through this pandemic. Let’s always remember. This shall pass too. Here’s to my best filmmaking experience yet. Here’s to Jersey ... we shall overcome !!!!”

‘Jersey’ is a sports drama which features Shahid in the role of a retired cricketer. The film is a remake of a Telugu drama by the same name. Directed by Gowtham Tinnanuri ‘Jersey’ features Mrunal Thakur and Pankaj Kapur in pivotal roles. The film is scheduled to hit the screens on November 5, 2021.
