I have given 4 stars today because i have downloaded numerous of tracks over the past few years with no problems at all. I find it easy to use both the desktop and mobile. Both are very user friendly and easy to navigate. The only problem i experience is when trying to preview a track i find the sound quality is not like other similar sites plus it buffers quite alot. This is not down to my device or internet. If this wasnt a problem it would definitely be a 5 star review.

What made my experience great? Two things, the first being all tracks were free, I managed to grab 29 out of 31. The second was all downloads were dead easy, all went smoothly without a hitch and several audio formats can be chosen - I chose FLAC. Thanks Juno, I buy nearly all vinyl with the occasional CD but I am now aware of the download service - handy if all you want is a track or two.

Is it possible to get a virus from your music, I seem to have one on my computer. I'm not savvy enough to see where it came from but I'm pretty careful when I click. I'm am certainly not accusing you causing it just wondered how it can (virus)get by firewall etc. Any help would be appreciated

Extremely wide selection of music across pretty much all genres.
Lots of format options, all reasonably priced.
For buying digital music, Juno Download is 2nd only to Bandcamp.

Most of the time I can find the Dance ( House/Techno ) download mp3 I want to buy except for a few but the service is efficient and it is easy to purchase downloads. Juno download lets me listen to classic tracks that I love listening to. A good App and Music choice. Very good. Antonio Futura Tiani3574 Ancoats Manchester.

There was a special offer all through December but I couldn’t figure out how it worked. I asked about it and never received a reply. They’re not always the quickest so it makes me wonder if your service is getting worse. Not sure if the date is correct though.

I've always enjoyed browsing Juno Download for great new tracks. Plus I'm a huge fan of their yearly Advent Calendar downloads, which always introduce me to new artists and labels.

Always had a care free download, sometimes when there is only a snippet of a portion of a track , that is a bit annoying as I there is no way you can decide if it’s a track you want or not. Other than that , great service

Always 24 hour delivery. Been using Juno for a long time and I have never once had a problem. 10/10 customer service. Many years ago I ordered a record the day before New Year’s Eve and it still turned up the next day. Thanks Juno.

Juno is often competitive on price when it comes to downloads. But there is nowhere to redownload your tracks in the future from a library, I do feel like this should be a feature as it is on boomkat, bleep etc

Website looks, feels, works totally out of date:
- search function isn't discriminate enough. Even specific artist names combines with song titles throw up every other suggestion that may only contain an artist first name, so say all of the 'Yvonnes' as artists, song titles record labels, or all of the words, like all the 'the'.
- music player should be and remain embedded on the website page, not open as a default separate music player. There should be a choice of how and where to audition or simply enjoy music.
- 'customers also bought' or similar track suggestions are heavily biased towards white, cis-gender male artists. The website doesn't do enough to render non-white, non-male, non-cisgender music makers and labels visible, audible and therefore available to customers. The same tired music faces keep appearing on the landing page, in the recommendations, in searches, as the taste makers & leaders of electronic / dance musics.

Easy to use download platform. Good price, and it's available to redownload should you need to in your account should you have one. Great service, and music was available in my preferred format straight away. Would deffo recommend.
