We Build Long Term Relationships

We seek out Clients whose technical needs and values align with ours. Our contact with prospective Clients is not focused on whether there is an open job today. It is focused on long-term needs and priorities and on identifying customers who can benefit from an ongoing relationship with John Galt.

Likewise, our recruiters seek out long-term relationships with the best and brightest Candidates in their field of expertise. We have many Candidates who finish one project for us, and then we promptly move them to a new project with one of our other Clients.

We Provide Solutions Based on Deep Understanding

As a byproduct of long-term relationships, we gain a deeper understanding of our Clients and our Candidates. A Candidate’s talent and goals go a lot deeper than the words on a Resume; and a Clients’ needs are rarely fully explained in a Job Description.

We take the time to gain a deep understanding of both our Candidates and our Clients, and finding solutions based on these needs.

Occasionally, a customer’s true need is met in a way that is much different than the initial Job Description provided.

John Galt is a mythical character, an inventor, and a larger-than-life individual who sought talented, hard-working people and who was, in essence, a recruiter of the best and brightest – and that is our goal as well.
