It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Cunningham of Nyack, New York, who passed away on September 30, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Hattie Cunningham (Downey) and Noel Cunningham; his sons, Darryl and Bruce; and his siblings, Noel Jr., Kenneth and Doris.

He is survived by : his wife Vertelia; his grandchildren, Sean Cunningham, Whitney Goburn, Drew Cunningham, Bruce Cunningham, Katrice Cunningham, Karrington Brooks, Joshua House and Madison House; his sisters, Ida Greene and Gail Martin; and his sister-in-law Mary W. Smith. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
