I see John Byrne's Avengers omnibus collects issues from both Avengers and West Coast runs. But in order to replicate it with epics, there's a bit of double dipping with the Avengers Acts of vengeance epic and Darker than Scarlet west coast epic. Do I need to read Darker than Scarlet and Vision Quest (the other west coast epic) to get the full story? Or should I say, is the story worth it to get all?
