Jana Kramer parties it up on a yacht in Miami and slams criticism for 'flaunting' her 'new boobs' amid pricey $600K Mike Caussin divorce

Jana Kramer seems to be blowing off a little steam amid her contentious divorce situation with former NFL player Mike Caussin — a day ahead of what would have been their anniversary.

The actress and country singer, 37, was seen looking carefree as she partied it up on a yacht in sunny Miami while 'flaunting' her new set of implants in a white bikini.

Kramer — who makes $166K a month — is set to pay her now estranged husband $3,200/month for child support and an additional $600K as part of their property settlement which she said 'doesn't make any sense.'

The One Tree hill actress slipped her newly enhanced bust into a white mesh accented bikini while partying it up on Biscayne Bay. 

She sported a fresh face of makeup and soft brown tresses and documented aspects of the girls trip on social media, which included a stop at the famed Nikki Beach club. 

And while on the boat she and her friends grooved to Will Smith's Miami anthem 'Welcome to Miami' and put on a playful display for the camera. 

The actress then took to Instagram to fire back at followers who told her to 'stop flaunting her body,' revealing that she would 'never apologize for 'feeling confident,' with her 'new boobs.'

'I've gotten a few DMs saying I should stop flaunting my body. Let me be clear...I will never apologize for feeling confident and happy. Tomorrow would have been my anniversary and honestly all I want is just happiness and to feel good, which I feel most days now. 

'I'm sorry if I look like someone that is 'trying too hard.' I'm mending a broken heart and I'm choosing happiness in times of sadness.' 

'Also I have a new pair of boobs I've never had so yea I'm feeling myself and I make no apologies. Haha. Sunday I'll be back to mom mode so let me have this okay,' she signed off.   

Prior to issuing her statement she was seen slipping her bust into a red bodysuit with a pair of tiny white shorts before posing for some photos.

And she made no effort to hide the messy situation with Caussin ahead of what would have been their anniversary as she captioned a smiley photo with the Selena Gomez lyric: 'I needed to lose you to love me.' 

Kramer announced she was splitting from the former tight end on April 21. 'I've fought y'all. I've loved hard. I've forgiven. I've put the work in...I just can't fight any longer. It's time to heal.' 

And in her divorce filing she cited 'inappropriate marital conduct, irreconcilable differences and adultery.' 

The pair had split up once before in 2016 after he entered treatment for sex addiction, but they reconciled in 2017 and renewed their vows, before recently taking legal steps to end the marriage.

Pitstop: The girls day at sea included a pitstop to the famed Nikki Beach club where she let loose in a red bodysuit 

Court documents obtained by Us Weekly that were signed by Kramer on May 14 show that she is set to pay Caussin $292,400K 'immediately upon fully executing this agreement.' 

And Jana will be slated to pay $300K as a 'full and final settlement of any and all claims' Caussin 'may have in and to said marital estate.' 

Additionally she  agreed to pay $3,200 in child support according to documents obtained by TMZ on May 20, because she makes $166K/month and he only makes $8K. 

Throughout the course of his NFL career he played for the Buffalo Bills, Jacksonville Jaguars and Washington Redskins. 

Other documents obtained by TMZ claim that she will have primary custody over Jolie, five, and Jace, two, 240 days of the year, with the additional 125 being granted to Mike.

Mike will forgo spousal support and they will each be responsible for their own legal fees, with both set to be awarded one of their two joint bank accounts. 

The former NFL player will keep his 2013 Ford F150 Raptor, and Jana will maintain control of her two businesses, Sophia Dog Inc. and Moms and Babes LLC. 

After the reports surfaced she took to social media to say that although it 'doesn't make sense,' she'd rather have peace.  

'It doesn't make sense to me either but I would rather be at peace. In the end I'll make it back because karma always comes around,' she wrote.
