The expert compared recent photos of Ivanka from last week with earlier shots of her in recent years, and said: "'Ivanka Trump looks like she has had quite a makeover.
"Overall, her face now looks better proportioned, but less natural and more generic because her natural imperfections have been reduced," he continued. Rivkin added: "Her lips are clearly enhanced with filler. In the photos from the front, they look good, but once she turns profile, the borders seem unnaturally prominent."
According to Dr. Rivkin, Ivanka originally possessed a naturally slim jaw and petite chin in the 2000s and 2010s, and these "signature" attributes "gave her a unique look." Since then, however, he said he thinks those characteristic features have been compromised.
"She seems to have added, whether with filler or implants, significant volume to her chin and jaw," he went on. "From the photos, it seems that she has somewhat over enhanced and over projected on her chin."
