Buses very clean and cheap all bus routes and times where in English, great way to get around Lanzarote without renting a car.

Regarding the 8/08/218 11:40 am bus from Puerto Calero To Playa Blanca.
There’s 2 bus stops north and south but only 1 is sign posted, unfortunately we waited here and our bus pulled off as we ran to approach the other dirt patch of a bus stop opposite, the driver defiantly saw us but obviously felt better exercising his power by leaving a tourist family with children stranded.

This driver should have a little more training in public service and maybe be some anger management training as he obviously has psychological and or psychopathical tendencies or issues.

Also the location of the bus stop is crazy, surely you want a bus stop central and not on the edge of the town in the middle of nowhere at the top of a steep hill.

Some Bus drivers obviously enjoy the past time of stranding newbies who don know the hidden location of other bus stop, as some helpful person, aware of the problem has tried to mark out in the dirt this “bus stop”. Unfortunately though it’s not visible until your upon it.

The buses in Lanzarote could perhaps be more frequent on some routes, but they are clean, efficient and run on time. The prices are very reasonable and are a popular tourist choice for getting around. They will not change anything larger than 10 Euro, and do not do return journeys.
