Hi Charlene, sorry you felt you had to leave a bad review but lets clear a few things up regarding your review. As it was myself that ordered you a taxi to leave and actually collected your plates that you for some reason handed to me I remember you very well. Firstly the "food wasn´t very nice" you had the duck meal and your son had the chicken and chips menu, we have had no complaints from the food and I remember clearly you actually handed me two empty plates and I told you that the waitress would collect them. It seems strange if it wasn't very nice that you ate the whole meal. As for the others on your table, it was 2 clients that were not keen on their vegan meal which they requested (they had very special requirements and requests) and they were sorted and offered an alternative so I think you may have jumped on the bandwagon here. You left at half time so did not even see the show so how can you make a judgment on the show? You reported to me that you wanted to leave because you said that the show was rude. I was shocked and confused by this but you said that it was too rude for your 15-year-old son because the girls were dancing. This to me was the first time this has ever been said and was unbelievable. We had many kids younger than that on last night and nobody said or has ever said anything like this. Anyone reading this can see in the photos of the show. I also must point out that you booked your 15 year old as a child where he should have been booked as a teen as per our prices. With regards to an apology being offered, there wasn't anything to apologize for. Your issue about the food was not your issue as you ate everything and didn't mention anything to myself or the team and I personally came to your table 3 times during service as I always do. There was no apology warranted about your distaste to the show because you didn't see the whole show, this was your opinion and was certainly not shared by anyone else as you can see from other reviews and the fact that nobody has ever raised the issues you did. In fact, the other couple on your table on the way out to the bus did say that they didn't understand why you left. Safe to say you won't be back but felt it important to address your issues so that other clients can understand the situation.

Thanks for the review but how can you possible review a show when you left after the food so essentially not seeing the show? Sorry this wasnt for you I guess everyone has different tastes. Im a little confused how you could possibly say the show is cheap, the lights and sound and LED screen is over 100,000 euros and is the only one of its kind in Lanzarote and the costumes are made by professional carnival costume designers. I also do not see how the show is more suited to children its actually suited to all ages which is what makes it so special. Also a little confused as to why you didnt mention this to any of the staff or myself who personally attends every table. I am amazed by your comments about the venue Im really not sure what you expected but our venue hosts very exclusive events and weddings so its far from old. Are you sure you were at the correct show? I really do not know of any cheap all inclusive hotel that has tables set as professionally as us, with a state of the art light and sound system, all inclusive wine, spirits, beers and professionally trainef waiting staff. Plus food prepared by top chefs. Sorry "it wasnt for you" but your comments are very missleading for future clients so feel that they need to be addressed and are simply your opionion or your expectations. Thanks for the feedback.
