We stayed at this great hotel for a weekend trip to Chicago. Between the 5 of us we paid $40 a person which is a great price. The hotel was the cleanest I've seen at a large hotel chain. We would definitely stay there again.

Smack downtown. Felt like we had stepped into a movie - bellboys directing taxis & vehicles, beautiful hotel, awesome service. Our room was perfect. The restaurant on site was incredible. Amazing food. Loved staying here.

You are right downtown and close to everything. The L stop is right out the front door and the self park garage is attached so you never have to go outside from car to room. There was a pretty great view from our room and a nice pool/fitness area.

The following two issues are minor and likely tied to the Memorial Day vacation:

Due to the size of the hotel you are stuck with 3 elevators and the line to go up to your floor can get a bit long. We tried to plan strategically for this, but also saw some pretty good lines for the elevators around 3-5pm.

We had a small issue where housekeeping was still cleaning our room at 4pm and we had to tell her we needed the room to get ready for a reservation. The housekeeper was very sorry for the inconvenience and apologized profusely. I'm guessing the amount of rooms to clean pushed her back quite a bit.
