Think about it really. All the Protestant churches(Lutherans, Methodists, Baptists,etc.)were started 500 years ago or less by simple men. The Catholic Church was started over 2,000 years ago by Christ. Hmmmmm....And the Protestant churches split off from the Catholic Church. True, there has been a lot of corruption with the Church over it's existence, but what church hasn't had corruption? Even I don't agree with all the Catholic Church's policies and rules, but you can't argue the facts.

Ever wonder why there's so many pagan ideas and doctrines in the Roman Catholic Church? Doubt it.

Nothing pagan about the Catholic church, really. There might be things that seem pagan, but they are not. Some of this was done to make pagans feel more welcome some stay. The Catholic church tried to conquer it. Some religious days were introduced on days that were of importance on pagan days. Try actaully learning something other than conspiracy theories & you might learn something.

You just admitted the church coincided holidays and made it seem like just to attract the pagans.

Yet there's nothing pagan about it.pfft.



If I were a pagan,I wouldn't mind converting since they're already worshipping(or making it seem like) the same thing I believe in.

Besides Islam and Judaism, the Catholic Church is the most hated on. Especially out here in Baptist country

haha the catholic click of the christian religion is the most pagan of all they worship everthing from god to jesus to mary to every saint u can think of, isnt pagan the religion that worships many gods? haha
drinking the blood of christ eating his flesh, sacrificing when u do not eat meat in lent etc... that sounds pagan as f to me

Worshipping Gods would be pagan, but Catholicism preaches one God. Don't see what's pagan about sacrifice. Maybe they made sacrifices, but that doesn't mean you're pagan.

just because its the oldest does not give it credibility. The Egyptians were worshiping Sun Gods 4 thousand years ago. Is that any logical?

Pretty sure we already had this discussion. Maybe not about Egyptians, but that has nothing to do with Christianity anyway
