	Didn't see a thread about him in the Index, so ive made my own. Ezequiel Garay is an promising Argentinian central defender, who starts off in the game at Newell's Old Boys, a club in Argentina. He can be easily acquired for under 100k, which is cheap for a good player. The only snag is that his stats aren't too much like a defender's, and I feel he could be retrained to make a good player in another position. So, what experiences have you had with this Promising Defender? As I have just signed Garay on free with Doncaster 07/08, I am wondering what to with him (ie. keep him as a defender, retrain him to another position, or just altogether and buy another defender {mind I dont have much to spend}). So suggestions please. Comment and Discuss.

	ive got him on fm handheld on psp ha decent but i have never had him on pc but he is really good

	Did you keep him as a defender or did u retrain him? (If thats possible on the PSP version.)

	i am looking for a cb atm so watis his abilty whats leagues is he good in? will he be any good for man utd?

	yes he will be good enough you cant retrain on psp but he is a very good centre back i also have played him at dm. he actully looks if he could be a fair striker

	He'd be good backup for Man Utd first season, and a First Teamer for the future. For first season try Gioda, a fellow Argie and a Brilliant DC. Check him out. He plays for Lanus.

	i'v always normally bought him as a championship club as he is very promising as is most of Newell's old boys.

	How can you managed ot get him, i tried for two years, but constantly had permits rejected.

	Just keep on trying, appealing when it is rejected, and finally you will get him. Sometimes I find that if your club is in a lower division, it may be harder to get him.

	This guy is outstanding! Im in 2009, and he is only valued at £1.4m but is brilliant! What position did you retrain him too? Edit - Garay in 2008/09 This message was edited by eddie4life on Aug 18 2006.

	I managed to get him for Bolton January 1st season, so i suppose its just pot luck to whether you get him or not.
