Titled "Art Applied," this volume of almost 900 pages delves into Inside Outside's extensive body of work spanning over three decades in interior, exhibition, and landscape design. The book gives insight into our studio’s journey of discovery and collaboration, with detailed personal accounts by Petra Blaisse, partners Jana Crepon and Aura Luz Melis, and members of Inside Outside team on projects from 1986 to present day.

Edited and introduced by Fredi Fischli and Niels Olsen of gta Exhibitions/ETH in Zurich.
The book features newly commissioned essays by Penelope Curtis, Christophe Girot, Rem Koolhaas, Charlotte Matter, Fatma Al Sehlawi, Jack Self, Laurent Stalder, Helen Thomas, and Philip Ursprung.
