Standard Interview Process Interview with Directors and Practice Managers and physicians in practice understanding the general approach to patient care and focus on customer service as well as core values

The interview process was pretty seamless and very personable. I had one phone call interview and one zoom interview. Not sure if that is the standard across practices or specific to the specialty I was with.

Interview went nice. They asked profession questions. Also they asked some private information. I liked the interview, it went calm and without any stress. So I hope we will continue with them

First-round was a phone interview. Where they ask about self, current project and technical questions. The second round was in person. They didn't give any clue what this round will be and end up very detailed technical, behavioral and Role play round (They ask to behave like you are part of this team and this is the project you are assigned you have to do acting. Funny but something new I learned). They should candidate know how they are planning to conduct interview instead of giving surprises

Initial phone screen that lasted approximately 10 minutes, email/phone follow up to set up an in person interview to determine if you are the right fit for the job that you applied for.

You have to do a phone interview then if everything goes well you will do a in person interview. Then from there you have to wait a few days to see if you are offered the job or not.

The interview started 15 minutes late. I arrived 10 before the scheduled interview and waited in the lobby for about 25 minutes. They describe the position process as just a help desk position. I was asking more questions regarding the position than they ask me of my skills set.

relaxed and comfortable and super friendly,. there were two people interviewing me including the hiring manager and another nurse, included multiple behavior questions (a time when..), and started out with several informal questions. there was a shadowing time afterwards.

Went in and was interviewed by two people. They were really nice and welcoming. Was not a long interview at all and then I was taken on a tour of the facility. Got a email that night saying I was approved for externship.
