I love my little truck. I have a 2022 turbo. It will get up and haul but. It tows great. Only promise dash lights up when towing. They don't have a fix for it. Nothing wrong but is bugs me. For a $55,000.00 truck they need to fix this

I have recently owned model year 2022: the Ford Maverick First Edition Rapid Red w 4 k tow package + The Hybrid Alto Blue Mav XLT Lariat with the 2k tow package. Both were / are nice vehicles and fill or scratch an itch for a truer "truck ownership" experience. And I will be keeping my 22 SC Ltd, Phantom Black; the Warranty worked into my cost of ownership / ROI has me believing it will be less expensive over the lifetime I will own this SC. SC has a comfortable interior - but I like the Mav's numerous and fully functional storage nook areas. I like having the back trunk drop in storage on the SC - smart move! Overall I like the driving, parking experience with the SC Overhead view, the side cameras and the front and back cameras. LANE ASSIST, Cruise with Distance monitoring - ALL of these function soooo much better than the Maverick.

Great little truck overall. Couple of things 1 the top for the small bed leaks 2 do not like the icon dash Board, takes your eyes off the road too much 3 too much hard plastic in the interior

I brought our 2018 Hyundai Senada in for a service because it is using oil excessively. This is not covered under warranty so therefore the only way to get the motor fixed is to have the motor actually blow up. This was not good for us considering we have an investment in the car and now it is virtually worth nothing. Billy and Hyundai is doing what they can to document it and in case the motor does blow up, they will have the paperwork necessary to get Hyundai to hopefully replace the engine. Brooke and Wyatt were the unlucky billion employees that had to break the news to us and then deal with us as not so happy customers. They did a great job with communicating and getting us to understand the process and what our options were if any. that’s a hard position to be in as an employee and we appreciate their honesty and help. They are two great employees that billion Hyundai is lucky to have on staff.

Only issue I have had with my 2022 hyundai santa cruz is the actuator on my fuel door sticks and prevents the fuel door from opening. We have had to have it replaced.

Cassidy was so good helping my friend buy his new Dodge. Then I went to her to order my new F250. She knew exactly what I wanted and made sure that it got ordered correctly. This was a good experience! The sales people were awesome. We have never ever had someone ask us. "What do you want and what would make you happy". He even wrote it down and circled it. And did everything as close as he could for us.At the end of the day we actually got to the number we were asking for for our desired payment. We felt a little pressured at the last step into buying a extended warranty but in the end we found one that worked out best for us. All in all, it was the best buying experience we've ever been through. The people there are very pleasant to work with. Cory and Ron were great!
