Huo Guo Ying Xiong plot

Three friends run a failing hot pot restaurant in a former bomb shelter in Chongqing. They want to sell it to pay off their debts, but first they want to illegally dig an extra wing to make the restaurant more interesting for potential buyers. While digging, the ceiling collapses and they appear to have dug a hole into the bank vault next to them. They doubt whether they should report this to the police.
