Anna is gearing up to release a new book about her life, and has admitted to suffering some anxiety as she looks forward to the publication of her debut novel, Unqualified.
Speaking on her podcast Unqualified, Anna, 40, confessed she feels 'really, really nervous because it feels so intimate'.

Scared: Speaking on her podcast Unqualified , Anna, 40, confessed she feels 'really, really nervous because it feels so intimate'
'I'm excited and you know when I first got the book deal, I thought, "Oh what a great adventure this is going to be," and now that it's getting closer, I feel nervous in the sense that I've been able to always hide behind characters.
'And now it's like, this is me, and it feels a little scary.'
Anna playfully pleaded to her fans: 'Dear listeners: I would love it so much if you guys picked up my book. But please know, I am so scared.
'I feel like leaving the country for a while. I'm breaking into a sweat as we talk about it.'
Described as part memoir, part advice book, Unqualified will cover Anna's childhood and life as an actress.
She's also set to discuss being a married woman in Hollywood.
Anna has been married twice: her first marriage, which lasted from 2004 to 2008, was to actor Ben Indra.

She then tied the knot with actor Chris Pratt in 2009, and together they have five-year-old son Jack.
They announced they would be separating after eight years of marriage last month.
The foreward to Anna's book was written by Chris.
Unqualified will be released on October 24, 2017.
