Eddie Howe should have a huge budget to spend in January, to stop Newcastle United getting relegated, but fellow new boss Antonio Conte could have more under FFP rules, according to a study.
Howe has taken over from Steve Bruce with the Magpies in 19th place in the Premier League, having picked up just five points in 11 games and failed to win a single match.

But with the new Saudi owners behind the club, they are expected to make big moves in the January transfer window, in order to avoid the drop.
They have even been linked with Real Madrid superstars Eden Hazard and Karim Benzema, although former boss Sam Allardyce told SPORTbible he'd think a bit more conservatively if he was in charge of a £200 million transfer budget at the club.
However, according to a study by the Daily Mail, Howe won't quite have that much to spend if the club want to stick to the Financial Fair Play rules and it's actually new Tottenham Hotspur manager, Conte, who has the most to spend in January.

Clubs in the Premier League are allowed to make losses of up to £105 million over three years but they can spend more if they turn a profit.
Speaking about Spurs ability to spend so much more than everyone else, Kieran Maguire, a lecturer in football finance at the University of Liverpool, told the Mail, "Spurs net transfer spend since 2010 is between a quarter and a half of the other Big Six clubs and it is the most successful club in terms of keeping its wages low as a proportion of income the club generates.
"Spurs have had a business model rather than a trophy winning model," which is good for a club who hasn't won one in 13 years.
It's yet to be seen exactly how much Daniel Levy will allow Conte to spend in January, but you'd imagine it will be less than Newcastle give to Howe.
