A must do if in the area of Niagra Falls, Ontario. The food, service and atmosphere was simply incredible. I love Brazilian steakhouses and have been to many across the country. This one has got to be my favorite.

The Brasa in the Hilton is a fine example of Churrascaria. The meats are perfectly cooked and the servers are attentive to what you want but not overwhelming with too many table visits. If you tell them what you like and don’t like they will...listen and bring what you want. The wine list is not large but it has many excellent choices from around the world. We enjoyed a nice Carmenere from Chile for example. If you buy a room package from the Hilton you get one $30.00 voucher towards your table.More

The food here is delicious! I found which meats were my favourites over the others. The sides were okay. I wish they had some hot sides. They sat our group at the back & after a while it's like they forgot about us. Some of...the other tables at the back were getting servers with the meat come by but they were skipping our table. We were thinking of getting dessert but they took so long just getting us the dessert menu that we ended up asking for the bill just so we could leave. I will say that for the one person who had a very specific food allergy they cooked a special allergy free batch of beef for her. Other than what I mentioned above the service was good. They had a live band playing & they were pretty good. Note that Brasa is inside the Hilton on the mezzanine level. We got a voucher to use for dinner so we used it here. It helped with the bill.More

I’m pretty sure we got ripped of. In fact, I know we did. There were 2 of us and had the basic meal and one drink each just after Christmas and our bill came out to $250.00!! When we questioned the bill, nobody who worked...there was interested in hearing what we had to say because they were in a hurray to get the lineup in and out of the restaurant quickly. The noise level was high and the food wasn’t worth what we paid. Was the bill an erro, we will never know as nobody from the restaurant is responding. Ripped off and, therefore, will never go again and advise people not to. Not worth it.More

This restaurant is wonderful. Be prepared for the cost, $59 a person as of this writing but well worth it. For starters the salad bar is the best I have seen since a trip to Cancun 15 years ago. Some veggies, meats, cheeses, hot n...cold salads, shrimp, smoked salmon and more. The dinner meats are served individually by Gauchos roving to each table. Uniquely different and a fun experience. Adding to that fun experience was our server, Nilton. Yes that's spelled correctly, Nilton. Great server who was just attentive enough without being obtrusive. Pleasant and polite but not patronizing. Best of all he really is Brazilian. Pretty cool. In closing I must say I'm not accustomed to spending $150 US on dinner. IMHO this was worth it.More

When we were seated we sat in a side area and felt like we were sitting in a food court. We told them it was our 50th Anniversary and asked if there was anywhere better to seat us but the manager came over and said...he could place us in a back room but the view of the fountain was better....so we stayed. The manager sent over a couple of glasses of champagne which was nice. Our sides we ordered were cold by the time the meat started to be served. I must say the meat was delicious but you always had to ask them to slice off more especially for my husband..I would give the meat 10 stars but the atmosphere 2 stars and sides maybe 3 or 4. Our waiter was also nice. The manager sent out some cake to us also which was a nice gesture but we are sorry we chose this for our special dinnerMore

We reserved dinner at this restaurant for Christmas eve and we received a cancellation a few days before Christmas because of the new COVID dine in restrictions in Niagara. Fortunately when I called them on the day we checked in at Hilton Niagara on the...24th they said they have a spot before 5pm and we grabbed it. This is a restaurant really for special celebrations because the per head price of $60+++ is quite pricey. We paid close to $500 for 5 of us which included tips. As for the food, the food was amazing which was served in a secluded part of the restaurant segraded from the main restaurant area. In spite of the COVID restrictions, the food servers went about carving the variety of meat cuts efficiently. We ordered sides which came out to be so much for us to share. Here is one tip: remember not to take breakfast and lunch so you can enjoy the dinner here without finding yourself very full right away. We left the place satisfied but I think it was a bit too much food for us.More

We are in the middle of our road trip and decide that this would be our choice of upscale restaurant... thankfully zero regrets. Service was courteous and responded efficiently to our every request. It’s an all you can eat in time of COVID-19 so all...service was directly to the table. Everything felt clean and safe. And we never felt like we were ordering too much. The barbacua service was pretty good even for me who is not a meat fan. My teenaged boys kept going even after they were full they loved it so much. You have to try the grilled pineapples they pair amazingly with the bbq meats. I was not a fan of the cold grilled veggies. The rest we sampled was pretty good (salsa, shrimps, salmon, cauliflower salad, yucca fries...) It was expensive but a great experience!More

My previous reviews were excellent for Brasa, but this week was a bit of a dissapointment. Understanding that due to covid restrictions, some things have changed, we did not expect it to be the same service, but it was the quality of food that dissapointed....Buffet is not operating so we were happy to pick 6 sides from a list of hot or cold items. But the 3 "hot" items arrived at the same temperature as the 3 "cold" sides. All 6 were at room temperature, and all looked dried out, as though they had been sitting a while, then sprinkled with some herbs. Roasted squash was the only one we enjoyed, even though it was not hot. The cheese breads were stale, the shrimp had turned rubbery and tasted off, Chicken salad had sat so long the surface colour was different then underneath. The meats were even not the same. They were plentiful, service was excellent, these gaucho servers all had smiles and were super accomodating of one rare and one well done requests at our table, but the meat didn't have the same tastes as previous visits. All the beefs tasted the same, the best item we had was the chicken drumsticks. These were excellent and redeemd the meal, along with the pineapple. And I will repeat the service was fantastic, as always. Not sure what hs changed in the quality, but it will likely be our last visit as it certainly was no longer worth $60+ per person.More

The worst meal, the worst service I have had in 15 years. I was staying at the hotel and it was our Anniversary and thought we would splurge a bit and enjoy a Brazilian Steakhouse. Well there was no enjoyment, and I am not su...the definition of steakhouse and Brazilian were both damaged by this restaurant. When the meats stopped by our table after passing us 80% of the time it was burnt like beef jerky or so rare you couldn't cut it or chew it. Every single meat was terrible and maybe one or two out of the assorted meats is a bad kitchen. The server disappeared and we received one drink refill and then he disappeared again and we waited 15-20 minutes for our check after we were done and just wanted to leave. We left hungry and disappointed which was not what you want for your Anniversary. I rank this meal in the bottom 5 of any meal we have ever had and the worst expensive meal in our lifetime.More

After being recommended to eat here we decided to check it out despite our reluctance after seeing the cost. Hostess was friendly upon arrival and we were seated right away (with reservation). The waiter explained everything clearly and answered any questions we had. Upon hearing...how the restaurant worked we utilized the buffet of salads and sides. For salads there was lots of selection! As for sides not as much selection and they had salmon which was barely lukewarm. Disappointed there. As for the meat selection (short of lamb which we did not get as it appeared not to have been served as not one of the meat servers had it) it was spot on and very good. For beef the perfect medium rare. Although there was a cut that we got that was fairly fatty, but the meat pulled off good so no eating chewy meat. Our waiter was fantastic! No hanging around the table and was always there when we needed him. Loved the style of restaurant and it wasn’t super loud or over bearing (it wasn’t incredibly busy either though). All in all very impressed! And the grilled pineapple was a favourite by far! Downside though: the tourism fee... little bit of B.S. to charge even more on top of tax and the food... that makes me rather annoyed as it’s my understanding it’s not mandatory. While the food was delicious it’s already very pricy to eat here. Unfortunately with this added fee I would (in the future) tip considerably less. But don’t let it ruin your evening, just be sure to do your research ahead of time (what I did not do, and wish I had). For that fee alone I only give it 3 stars while the service and food was incredible!More

We have been to this restaurant several times in the past ( pre covid ) as we live locally. But the service yesterday was the worst we have ever experienced. In spite of reservation, we had to wait for 30 minutes. The waiter took 30...Mts to bring us the starter in spite of reminding him twice. DON'T BE FOOLED by the online menu for the starters - they DON'T provide Baked Salmon, Chicken Croquette, Cod Croquette. Most of the cheap starters they served are not even worth ordering. Sea food stew was cold and most of the mussels were stale . they were hardly any shrimp or other sea food. Even the grilled meat served were limited and they don't serve every thing advertised online. We asked for mint sauce for the lamb and the waiter ignored our requests. We had to ask the manager for this and she brought a chimcuri sauce. Overall the meal cost close to $100pp with tax and gratuity, But the level of service is terrible and it is crazy how they don't serve the advertised menu and have a limited menu without informing the customer for the same price. Since the demand is crazy, I doubt if the management would care for quality and will continue to terribly mislead the public with their online menu. If you are a local, you shouldn't be charged the tourist fee. But our waiter once again ignored our request and charged us the tourist fee. There was no crowd management near the check in and it is common to see people not wearing the mask. We are not planning to return to this place any time soon.More

Took a family member to celebrate his birthday. Waited a long time for the reopening. Reservations were booked up for months. Once we were able to get in we were extremely disappointed. Whilst it's much larger, it's not as attractive as before. The food is...not the same, the one thing we liked at the buffet is gone. The meats were good, but we were sorely disappointed that they replaced the delicious Brazilian bananas with plantains and while I love plantains the ones there were stale tasting, cold and not sweet. Our server was just awful. Saw our drinks sitting there for 20 minutes at the bar and he kept passing by them, then stood there speaking with his server friends, didn't clear our table of the used dishes, nothing. He did however. make it a point to stand over our table when he brought the check to us, waiting to see his tip, he wouldn't leave. The hostesses were so unfriendly. No hello, just stand there like we were invisible. Told them we had a reservation said they are not open yet, though it was the time of our reservation, but when a family came after us they seated them immediately and everyone else except us, so rude. They don't have the bananas so for bad service and rude people we will never go there again. Cant believe we waited that long for this. So disappointing. Oh yeah and their seafood is shrimp and fish. Some of the guys who served the meat were nice and polite others just rude. Where do they get these people from. If you don't like serving people or being in the hospitality business you should seek employment else where. Our drinks were good despite sitting there forever. Voiced our concerns in the survey we received, bet they threw it out after reading it.More

My husband and I go to Niagara a lot. We have eaten everywhere. We finally tried Brasa. My husband is a gourmet cook and he is extremely hard to please. No matter where we eat, anywhere, it has never made an impression. Till Brasa, Finally...he deemed it "The Best!" The restaurant has been recently renovated which gives it a wonderful ambiance. We had Matt as our waiter, who was welcoming and attentive. Marcelo was one of the many server that would come by with the different skewers of meat. I am not much of a meat person, but even myself was overwhelmed how delicious everything tasted. Brasa is an all you can eat restaurant with all you can eat salad bar, as well as all you can eat meat. The servers bring by your table different cuts of meat all seasoned and cook to perfection. They even have a bake pineapple roasted in cinnamon that is simply heavenly. I have been all over the world and I cannot ever tasting anything that I would call truly amazing, but now I do.. I cannot brag enough on how great the food tasted, served and enjoyed. Marcelo with his wonderful smile and friendly and informative way added even more to our visit. We shall from here on out make this our NIagara destination restaurant.More

My fiance and I went to celebrate his birthday and were treated with one of the best servers I have had the pleasure to encounter. Eddie was very knowledgeable about the menu, was able to offer recommendations suited for us, was very prompt in his...service, and was always aware of our needs. He is very personable and polite, and he is an excellent representation of the Brasa company. The guachos as well were very pleasant and attentive, describing each cut of meat while they served it. The food was incredible! Everything was so succulent and juicy, the head chef here has done an amazing job. Even his staff behind the counter of the buffet were a delight, willing to answer any questions about the food and clearly passionate to discuss each dish with a true smile. We will be back!More
