The location is very convenient, most of the places can easily be reached by foot. Housekeeping staff was excellent and made sure the room was in immaculate condition. I initially booked a higher floor room caus I read that the siren sounds can be disturbing. During check in time they provided us with connecting rooms but did not honor the higher floor rooms booking ...
Really great hotel especially in the price range. Staff was amazingly friendly. 20 minute max walk from the Riverwalk area at best. Rooms were very clean and I received texts checking in on me. Would definitely stay again.
From our arrival to departure the Omni Chicago shined. The staff was helpful, but not intrusive. The suite was clean, spacious and well designed. We had a delicious breakfast at the restaurant before a busy day at the museums. The pool and hot tub provided a few moments of needed relaxation at the end of the day. We will be back.
overall, a great location to reach both Navy pier and the river attractions.
If you would like a hotel which is centrally located in Chicago, Doubletree would be a great option. 3 mins walking distance to Magnificent mile, 10 mins to Navy pier and close to main tourist attractions However, for those driving, parking is expensive at $50 per day. Cheaper option is to park opposite at $33 per day. No free WiFi in the room, only limited to lobby su...
I selected the Cambria because my son was having surgery at Lurie Children's Hospital and the hotel is right next door - literally a 2 minute walk. Great location! Very clean with a very cool vibe. Updated - although still undergoing renovations which was a little inconvenient but not bad (reason for 4 star rating on facilities). Best part - the staff! Exceptional!...
The Drake Hotel was one of my favorite hotel experiences ever. The location was awesome and within walking distance of everything I wanted to do in Chicago, the staff were so friendly and helped us book a boat tour, make reservations, etc.; we had afternoon tea there one day and it was phenomenal, it was also a very quiet and restful hotel with wonderful beds, a huge T...
I experienced the best customer service of my entire life here. Debbie at the front desk truly made my experience at the Whitehall worth while. She is the best and deserves a raise!! Thank you Debbie!
awesome shopping - we stayed over a weekend and got to see the amazing fireworks display down at navy pier
For me, the location and view of the lake was the best part about the place. I didn't make any use of the facilities. The room was comfortable but standard. The staff was pleasant. The proximity to the lake, Navy Pier, and the other Streeterville/Loop attractions are what made the visit for me. Highly recommend if location is your top priority.
I am not going to over criticize this property because I believe the staff make every effort to provide you with a nice experience. The problems mainly involve dated facilities, unclean and unstocked common area bathrooms (particularly the lower level under lobby) and the outrageously over priced parking. Our room included a mini fridge which stayed warm and a small ...
Close walking distance to all major tourist attractions, Hancock Building, Art Institute etc. Close to Dominic's supermarket which has unlimited selection of goods and services, including pharmacy, Western Union, stamps, takeaway meals at good prices. Close to Rush street and its fine restaurant offerings as well. Navy Pier at end of street.
A beautiful, historic hotel in a beautiful, historic neighborhood. Convenient to all the cultural, sports, and entertainment attractions (like the Art Institute, Wrigley Field, Navy Pier, etc.), as well as all the fashionable stores and restaurants.
My daughter and I and her friend and mom stayed over the last weekend. It was the perfect location, close to the shopping we wanted to do (specifically the American Girl Place) and we were also right across the street from the trolley pickup for the Christmas light tour we were doing. We didn't need to access the car a single time until we left again because everythi...
We were pleasantly surprised with the accommodation, the suite was well equip ed and spacious; the room was cleaned to a very high standard and made up on a daily basis. The buffet breakfast was a little repetitive but met our expectations and the light evening meal was basic but was of a good standard and included my favourite wine "free". The location is great for sh...
One of my highlight of trip in Chicago is Crowne Plaza Hotel Magnificent Mile! I do not take any public transportation during 4-days stay in Chicago! You just need walk, to reach most key viewpoints in Chicago due to it's great location, 3 minutes to Apple Store, 2 minutes to Magnificent Mile, easy to walk to Navy Pier, Howl at the Moon bar which is hottest bar in Chic...
The room was small but well-serviced. The hotel touch-screen information service was slow, balky, and difficult to use. Internet service was excessively priced. One of the security locks on the door was not properly installed, resulting in us initially being "locked out" of our room. We ended up repairing it ourselves to prevent further issues. Bathroom was old an...
Wonderfully comfortable bed, and the best breakfast buffet I have ever experienced. Kind, accommodating staff. Walking distance from Navy Pier and the Field Museum! The Warwick cost less than half what the conference hotel was charging and was just a pleasant 3-block walk away. It's my new go-to hotel on the Mag Mile.
Considering this is Four Seasons Hotel, it was very reasonable stay
We were booked at the Red Roof Inn through Agoda, but transferred to the Essex Inn. And it was a great hotel, right on Grant Park. Nice restaurant/bar downstairs, which had inexpensive food and very good burgers. The rooms were clean with two big beds, and nice amenities in the bathroom. TV's were big and got scores of broadcasters. The best part was being able to...
We stayed two nights in this hotel,it was goo really good, Good location, Every thing was perfect
i will stay at this hotel again for sure. everyone working here was extremely helpful, and willing to go above and beyond. the rooms are very comfortable and clean as well as elegant. it is in a great location as well right next to many restaurants and shopping areas. charlie is the best hotel worker that i have ever met. he makes it a personal challenge to help a...
I would recommend this hotel for it’s location. It lacks a little bit in comparison to some of the other Ritz Carlton Hotels, but is impressive for a City Centre hotel.
Across from Gibson’s and action
my wife is bitten byned bug, but hotel only give us another room, and there was nothing they provided for that like a medicine.
Came for a Bulls game again, second time in two years. The stay was just as good as the previous time. Did some online shopping before I arrive and had them all sent to the hotel, who kept the packages for me until I arrive. Excellent service indeed. Walgreens/Target very close by if you need some groceries. Walking distance to Michigan Ave for shopping. Walking to the...
