My Husband and I were looking for one last chance to get away before the summers end. We were torn about our options for lodging in light of COVID-19. We have stayed at this Marriott a few summers ago and were relieved to read about their COVID-19 cleaning procedures .
We arrived on Sunday evening and stayed for 5 days in a room with Ocean front Balcony. The room was great as usual , wonderful view . Though it had been several years since our last stay here , we weren’t disappointed in the accommodations . Hotel staff were friendly and helpful . Although there isn’t daily cleaning , you can refresh your towels and trash by leaving them in the hallway and cleaning staff promptly replace them. There was a mask policy for guests and staff . Appreciated that the hotel is on the smaller side compared to others on the boardwalk because it decreased the amount of exposure to large groups of people . We actually had a room on the 3rd floor which meant we were on the lobby level with easy access to the gym , pool and could take the stairs down to the parking garage instead of riding elevators.
The Hotel is close to everything and dinner and entertainment is in walking distance . We really enjoyed our stay and needed this break.

The Hotel sits right on the Boardwalk. We stayed on the ground floor room. The advantage of staying in a ground floor room is that you have the patio, chair, and lawn chair all available to enjoy. There's a sliding glass door that faces directly to the ocean. You'll be able to hear the waves when you open your glass door. It's wonderful! Also, at this hotel, the beach area is smaller. The advantage of that is, there's not a lot of sand you have to walk through to get to the water or back to the boardwalk. Plus this is the least busy part of the Boardwalk, so there's not a lot of noise. The service was very good at the check-in counter. Our room was clean. They do need to get the top of the ceiling painted as there is a burnt mark from the vent that stayed on the ceiling. We had two beds and both were Queen. I noticed a lot of hotels having two beds that only double, so that is a nice plus also. Because of COVID housekeeping doesn't come until you check out, which is kind of a bummer because since you are tracking in sand from the beach, the floor in the bathroom gets sandy. I assume if I insisted they might have cleaned it, but I went with the flow. The Captain's Table restaurant found in the Hotel has really good food and they are fair in their price too. We ate there twice for breakfast. Also, there is an indoor pool and spa, although they are both about the same temperature. Everything clean and not too much chlorine in the pool to burn your eyeballs out, which was nice. Pool towels provided by the pool. Lots of lounge chairs too. Parking: There is underground parking and if that is full there is plenty of parking right across the street that the hotel owns also. So would I stay here again? YES! Especially the ground floor rooms. A dream come true!

We went for the weekend to Ocean City this hotel was in a great location on 15th Street on the boardwalk, free parking they give you a parking pass to out on the mirror. There is an indoor pool . There is a restaurant the Captains table in the hotel but not part of the hotel can't charge the meal to your room. We has a balcony in out room the view was awesome. Great staff very helpful. Would stay there again.

I was a little surprised that the reviews were so good. The property is on the older side. the metal finishes in the bathroom were rusty and there was a musty odor to the bathroom. They were not cleaning daily because of covid which was fine but I asked for new towels. The front desk told me to leave the old towels outside the room and that they would leave new ones on our door. We went to the beach then came back and there were no towels. We called the front desk and she seemed to act like I was being impatient about the towels and that they took time to wash. We had been out of the room for over 5 hours. We had to wait over 20 minutes before getting towels. This is not a good system. People in the hotel were not wearing masks.

We've stayed in so many hotels/condos from the Inlet to beyond 21st street and this hotel is BY FAR the nicest yet!! HANDS DOWN. I booked over the phone, which I never do, and the receptionist was wonderful. At check in we were greeted by a lovely attendant for a smooth check in process. Our room is beautiful and immaculately cleaned, which you do not find in OC. The beds are super comfortable, an added bonus. The lobby and elevators were almost as perfect with very little areas that needed attention. So far I am super pleased and we're already looking forward to returning in the future. We are just so pleased and just wish we had stayed here long ago!!!

We needed to get out for a short vacation after the virus kept us lock down. Fist time to Ocean City we chose the Courtyard, because it was on the beach. Not only is it in a good location it was extremely clean. We didn't feel we would catch the virus. The hotel did a great job of setting up social distancing and sanitizing.

We booked last minute to celebrate a birthday, wonderful experience!!! Check in was easy on the Bonvoy App and I was able to get a key easily and check in early. Super clean! Hospitable staff, extremely nice! We enjoyed the indoor pool, the windows and atrium style of the pool, the coffee bar, and the captains table bar/breakfast. The indoor pool is heated, has a raised “conversation pit” perfect for sharing stories and laughing with family. Towels are available in the pool area along with lounge seating and nearby restrooms. Shoutout to Renee who was so quickly accommodating with extra towels and pillows for our group of 4. Enjoyed the hotel bar for a cocktail, and a lovely bartender. The breakfast in the morning was an amazing portion, best service! Will be back soon! Thank you all!

Oceanfront accessible room on the boardwalk. 2nd floor. Spacious room and bathroom. In a power wheelchair, used the unisex roll-in shower located near the pool instead of the accessible tub in the room.
Very friendly, helpful front desk staff. We were given chocolate chip cookies and water at checkin.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights while visiting Assateague, our first vacation after the start of COVID-19. Overall we were happy with the stay. There wasn't anything exceptionally good, but nothing major to complain about either.
The room was clean and adequate, and we appreciated having a mini-fridge and a microwave. The balcony was nice and is a great spot for people-watching (see photos). The location of the hotel right on the boardwalk is very convenient, and probably the best feature of the hotel. We were able to find parking on the ground floor without any issue, but we were there during the week. I also liked that they had made deck chairs available in the indoor courtyard next to the pool, although we did not use them. Service was fine, nothing specifically good or bad stood out.
If you're considering staying on the water in OC, this is worth checking out.

Excellence and Quality, We have been in OC before, we always go to the same hotel since they know us, and we have created a circle of friendship. So, this year we decided to venture into another hotel (Of course we were kind concern because everything that is going on with the pandemic, but we took the risk.) so we made had the best decision Courtyard by Marriott. Woww!! what a stay, super excellent! Outstanding customer service, Tasha Brittingham @ the front desk, she took care of every detail of our stay, her excellent way to addressing a client is excepcional. She took care of our stay as we were her family, (If I had to select the employee of the month, I would select Tasha Brittingham!) there is not words to express how satisfied we are. We are very detail in cleanness and the room, to be in a area ocean front where the saltpeter of the sea damage most of the structure of a facility, the room was extremely clean. Excellent!! We definitely will come back!!

Ocean city always has events, every weekend there is something to draw crowds. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and a great deal. I know one of the most popular OC brunch spots to be crabcake factory. Best Bloody Mary!
We have no Honeymoon Suites. Our ocean front rooms either have a king bed or 2 queen beds. We also have ocean front patio rooms, that are on the same level as the boardwalk. Also, king or double queen. We have no suites at this hotel.
There are more places to choose from in the Ocean City area.
