Enjoyable stay in a great location!
We stayed here 2 nights comped in June. Check in was quick and efficient in the Diamond Lounge. Regular check in appeared to have both kiosks and staff behind the desk to check you in. We had a king room on the 30th floor that looked out towards MGM Grand. Our room was clean and well appointed. Large shower and decent sized bathroom overall. Room was nice, bed was comfortable, and there was a personal fridge for your use. The pool is quite a nice area with great views of the Eiffel Tower. The hotel was very busy likely due to WSOP. Some of the food venues were quite busy at times but there was a nice range of choices. The location is really amazing and can't be beat. Easy to get from your room out onto the strip. No complaints about our stay at Paris. Would stay here again.

    Great hotel but little pricey
Great hotel, Great pool. Would be 5 stars but some prices were ridiculous. I am used to paying for premium service but this was a little too high for me. $172 for 4 Pina Coladas at the pool? I did enjoy the Eifel tower restaurant. That was pricey as well, $500 per couple, but well worth it. I think Vegas as a whole has gone up in price

    Not the greatest hotel, confusing
I have been to other Vegas hotels, and this is by far the bottom of the last 3x I’ve been there. The room we stayed in had dirty windows, no room service, no microwave and will not be cleaned unless requested the next day. I’m not sure if this is proper protocol now, but it seems after the pandemic most of Vegas things have changed. Also no airport shuttle anymore also. I’m giving my review a 3/5 also because we were given the run around while playing slots and having a good time with few different stories by staff to get out of the building. The first story staff walking by said it was a bomb that some guest blew up in the building and motioned that suddenly the smoky electrical smell was from that. So after hearing that we gtfo there. After leaving the building and heading out we saw Clark county firemen coming in and out of the building and got tired of waiting so we left and had lunch at Shake Shack for couple hours on the strip. By the time we got back the firemen were gone, and smoky smell went away. It was confirmed by other staff we came across that the incident was caused by kitchen fire at the Vanderpump restaurant inside the hotel and not some bomb threat. This experience made me think of maybe getting insurance if there is such a thing the next time we book our hotel anywhere in the world. You never know these days!

    Paris Vegas - 31st July-6th August
31st july-6th august 2023 I was initially a bit concerned about staying at the paris after seeing some reviews about cleanliness and check in etc. However it was an amazing trip. We arrived at about 4.30pm and there was a queue for check in but we thought we would try our luck at the online check in counter, we were able to pull up all our details, print our room keys and pay for a late departure check out. Within ten minutes we were in our room. We didn't have a view of the strip but there were so many other spots around the hotel to get a good view of the strip it was fine. Our room was spacious, although there were two of us we had two beds in the room, huge wardrobe unit and a spacious bathroom with a bath and an amazing shower. Our room was quite close to the lifts but we didn't hear any noise and were not woken at all by other guests. The paris hotel is in such a good location, we would recommend this hotel. On our last night we ate in the Eiffel tower restaurant and it was my favourite night of the trip, the service and food was excellent, the views were unlike any other we had seen so far of the fountains and strip. We also witnessed three engagements whilst enjoying our dinner! On the other evenings of our trip we did see huge lines at check in as it opened at 3pm and everyone seemed to rush there then. My advice would be go and get a drink at the many bars dotted around the paris floor or sit with your cases at the slot machines or restaurants nearby and wait for the rush to die down. You could even drop your bags into the staff at the main entrance for a tip and go explore. Regarding our room being cleaned, the second day we were getting ready to go out when the cleaning staff knocked and they didn't come back however 4 out of the 7 days our room was serviced so we did not have any complaints there. There is a phone number that you can text to ask for various services such as cleaning but with english phone numbers there was a charge. We just had such a great time even if we did 100,000 steps in a week!

    Great stay!
Had a great stay August 13 to 18 at Paris Las Vegas with my husband, daughter (18) and her friend. Was there to celebrate our daughter's birthday. We arrived at 9:30pm, so easy check in, no lines, was not able to get an upgrade, but had a spacious 2 Queen Room with a view of the new sphere, Linq and Tropicana Pool. Room was cleaned and serviced every day. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check out was easy, we asked for a late check out at 4pm for additional $60 (so worth it with a 9pm flight) and was able to settle my bill at 1pm with no line ups and just vacate at 4pm. Pool was great, lots of seating, but expensive drinks. We brought a small coffee maker from home, which saved us $40/day in coffee, so $200 in total (yes coffee was $37.95 for 4 before tip). The mini - bar in the room, takes up SO much room and when we asked to have it removed the cost was $50, we declined. We also bought reusable cups and purchased drinks at the CVS and kept in our fridge and just refilled in our reusable cups. In n' Out was a great and affordable place for lunch and highly recommend Battista's Hole in the Wall, all within walking distance. The location of the Paris is perfect, in the middle of everything. Had a nachos at Margaritaville one night that fed the 4 of us. Delicious. Fremont is a must as well. All in all, was nervous about our stay at the Paris based on the most recent reviews and all I can say, is our stay was positive and would return again. Also highly recommend going during the week, we left Friday and it was insanely busy compared to the rest of the week and would NOT recommend going on a weekend.

    Okay stay
I wanted to LOVE this place but it was just a mediocre experience. Checkin was the longest line I’ve ever experienced. 1.5 hours! Self checkin line was much longer. They also weren’t fully staffed to check guests in. I woke up with a rash on my left shoulder. I was afraid it was bed bugs but could have been an allergen to the linens. After waking up I noticed the comforter side was placed underneath (gross) so it was touching my skin all night, and I’m sure they don’t wash it after each guest! Other than that it is a nice hotel, good location.

Very nice, great value, ask for updates room
Great hotel! We were in non smoking room on 24th fl. Our “Burgundy Rm-king w/ Eiffel Tower view” was really nice. Also provided a view of the fountains at Bellagio. A renovated room -housekeeping came every day. Get a Caesar’s reward card for a lower rate. Be sure to ask for a Renovated room! (Dennys offers aarp/aaa discounts).

    Paris - great location
We had a comped stay at Paris Las Vegas August 29-Sept 2. We were assigned room 2903 which had a great view of the Eiffel Tower and Bellagio Fountains. Our room was clean and bed/pillows were comfortable. While there we walked to several other Caesars casinos and had a good time gambling and eating. For dining our two favorite places were Fulton Street food Hall at Harrah's and Cafe Hollywood at Planet Hollywood. (We're not foodies.) Paris Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating even though it was extremely busy. Paris Hotel is a great mid-strip location. We enjoy the casino and the fact that you can walk back and forth between Horseshoe and Paris indoors, especially because it rained a couple of days during our trip. We definitely will return to stay at Paris again.

Great place to stay on the strip
Loved our room with two closets, large shower and many fluffy towels. Appreciated no smoking floor. Checking in on a Sunday was an hour long process, something we were told is typical as that is the day the airline packages typically arrive!

I have always enjoyed this hotel in Vegas because of it’s central location and upscale feel. We booked 4 rooms as my siblings all cane to join me to celebrate my 50th. We were spread all over the floor. No attempt made to put us in at least one wing. The reception hostess was very rude when we asked about that. I had called 5 months out and made that request. We also checked in at 3:15 and had to pay $15 per room to check in 45 minutes early. They now charge for parking and gave a resort fee. I asked if the sauna and hot tub were included in the report and was told that was additional.
The room, always used to be clean and well kept . My room has thread bare carpet and dirt stains on the dresser. My brother found spittle dried to the mirror.
Just not the same.

Let me start this off by stating that the first day, and experience here was a bumpy ride. Collectively, during my four day stay I spent about 4 hours on either hold waiting to get assistance from the front desk, or at the line to get assistance that I needed and PAID for.

Check in, was a one hour wait, just to get checked in by a machine, rather than a person, which was not a good experience. After our hour wait in checkin, getting checked up by a machine, we got to our room and found out I had paid for a Eiffel Tower room and we got put into a back view room. I called the front desk, was put on hold for about 30 minutes (long enough to curl my hair and do my make up) just to talk to front desk agent who hung up on me. I went downstairs and spoke to a manager – and they let me know that the Eiffel Tower Room was booked for the night and she would upgrade me the next day and drop my resort fee for the day and call me the next day.
The next day I called twice and the room was never ready, and they said they would call me to get me moved. They never called and I went downstairs around 5 (45 minutes before I was suppose to be ready for a very important dinner) and they finally had my room done, and front desk was not sure why we were never contacted. The supervisor/manager dropped our fees, upgraded us room to an end bigger room and totally turned our disaster stay around. Thank you for doing that! I wish we didn’t have to go through all that trouble, but the “make it right” certainly made up for it!

All together, the pool was good (closed too early), the views were great, the hotel was a beautiful French theme. I would recommend coming but beware as well!!

Prepare for long lines everywhere!!

What has happened to the Paris in Las Vegas?
I have loved this hotel for years. But after spending the past 3 nights there I am sad to say things have gone drastically downhill We checked out early!!
The smoke is oppressive! Do they even have an air filtration system? I never remember it this bad. They need to ban smoking or get a system that works! I was literally sick from all the smoke!!
Service is horrible, hotel is dirty (a spilled milkshake sat in an elevator with a yellow cone on top of it rather than cleaning it up!) The bed linens had holes in them
The room was small and dingy The bathroom was small and dark (horrible lighting) with a ridiculously large narrow shower (poor planning)
The prices have gone through the roof! Breakfast, nothing fancy $76.00!!! Two meals consisting of Two eggs, 2 pieces of bacon, country potatoes, 2 pieces of toast with 2 small glasses of orange juice $76.00 Are you kidding me!!
Had to wait in line to go Outside to the Pool. Plus they said you need to wear a mask! Seriously? Nice tan with a mask on! You are Outside people!!! Common Sense!!
Not many slot machines and none are very good or newer ones! Very tight. Never let you win even five bucks! Went to Bally’s to gamble
Half the stores are still closed
My husbands favorite is the Buffet. Still closed! Why can’t they have people serving rather than help yourself Think of all the employees are out of work!
Very disappointing!
Couldn’t wait to leave !!! 😢

Table limits raised mid play....
Was not grandfathered in and was given 30 minutes before new table limits applied...
This occurred on a Tuesday middle of the day and the casino was empty...
seemed unnecessary to raise limits..

Very long queue at check in, though they had rooms ready for check in they did not gave us, they asked for the early check in charges extremely professional, almost all hotels provided 2-3 hours early check in, very expensive hotel but not single bottle of water in the room neither there was any dispenser in the lobby, there was no microwave or electric kettle for hot water.
And they keep asking for gratuity for everything, for bell desk, for dropping luggage at room.
They want charge for each and everything.
Very bad for such a 5star hotel. They are not inclined on offering services to guests

I had the worst trip ever!! I Have been targeted two days in a row by the same casino host girl yesterday n today. I was gambling n smoking with my mask on my chin n this girl says i have to wear my mask. I told her im smoking she called me a white bitch. She laughed cause she said that theres no waythat they can prove shesaid it to me. I told her shes not 6ft away from me. She said she didnt have to be 6ft away from me. I asked her name n she wouldnt give it to me. I noticed a lot of ppl around me not wearing masks but she continued to harass me. She then called the manager on duty n she was a black guy n he told me that i can leave. Also this is the same girl that harassed me last yr also. The employees are horrible to guest at this casino. I will be contacting the ceo of the casino. I will never stay at ceasars hotels again.

This review is my honest review and is not meant to offend anyone.

Pros: lovely room. We stayed at an end of hallway room. Good location. Free parking for guests.

Cons: Absolutely terrible customer service. Terrible check in experience. Worst check in experience I have ever had. Nothing but very expensive restaurants open.

I was so disappointed with this place. They will not check you in early unless you pay a $25.00 early check in fee. There were no front desk agents to assist you. You will be required to check-in via a kiosk. Which means you may not get the room you paid for or you will get a very low floor room with the view of a wall. The kiosk I used malfunctioned and did not even provide us our room number. The front desk staff refused to help us. It was not until I became upset and called them out for refusing to help us that they did anything. However they already helped 4 people ahead of us. It was our first time there and no one would even help us to locate our room. I definitely do not recommend this place.

I only played table games, and my experience with dealers was pleasant. When my friends and I were looking for an open $5 three-card poker game, management indicated they would open an additional table within 20 minutes. Within 20 minutes they did open another table and we were able to gamble for over 4 hours. The dealer was very friendly. The staff serving drinks were also friendly and timely on return.

Kiosk check in a breeze. Room was good with nice large shower. Clean, but not super clean. Windows filthy on the outside ruined the view. Some attention to detail inside was needed like dusting mirrors, window seals etc. Resort fee should be a la carte. I didn't use wifi, housekeeping or the gym/pool but still had to pay. Very annoying. Food and drinks are way more expensive than before and slots are tight!!!! Everywhere. Still fun all things considered. Everyone seems to be complying with masks. Elevators not packed and sanitizer everywhere. Social distancing not so much. All in all would stay here again!
