Great rooms. We stayed at a very reasonably priced Royal suite with2 bathrooms. Arrived to a lovely bowl of fruit and chocolates. Room clean and very well serviced on a daily basis. So nice to have this as many hotels are playing the covid card and leaving you to it. Breakfasts were good, though the cereal choice was very limited and the coffee machine queue a pain at busy times. TV in room was limited with You tube being our main source of viewing for our 10 year old and 15 year old. Broadband speeds for this were not consistent with frequent breaks in the connection. Staff were all very helpful and polite and amazing speaking English. Location is so good if you like to get away from the crowds of day but still be in a great location well serviced by the 22 and 23 tram.

We stayed for 3 nights at the Hotel Savoy. At first we thought that the location was rather remote for the Old Town but soon discovered that the Tram stop is right outside and the 22 could whisk us into the heart of Prague in a few minutes. And for less than the price of a cup of coffee!
The hotel is very comfortable with classical style decor. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the included buffet breakfast a great start to our day.
Staff were polite and helpful with maps, help and advice.
Thoroughly recommended.

Excellent service, lovely and extensive breakfast buffet, super value for money. The location is very quiet and near Prague Castle, and walking down to Charles Bridge only takes some 20 minutes. Would also recommend the Strahov Monastery Brewery which is very close by.

I only spent one night in this lovely hotel and really wished I could have stayed longer. The rooms are beautifully furnished with lots of thoughtful details to make a stay even more comfortable. The hotel staff are lovely and friendly and the breakfast buffet really delicious. The hotel is quiet but situated close to what is perhaps one of the most stunning views in Europe!

We got transferred here as there sister hotel Amarillis had a security issue. We was over charged for transfer we paid 850czk you can get an Uber for 400czk. Room seemed nice , until on proper detail there was back of earrings on floor, clips. Breakfast was nice and breakfast staff nice. Reception staff not as much. Night security was lovely fella. Few more faults from 6am in the morning there was none stop banging of work being done carried on all morning, and other major concern was someone entered are room around 3am. For 2 single females this was so scary and kept a chair in-front of the door the whole time in room. Safe to say I wouldn't stay again.

Dear Ms. Jennifer, first of all, thank you for choosing Hotel Amarilis Prague for your stay. We are very sorry about the inconveniece, but our guests´security is our top priority. We are very pleased to hear that the breakfast and restaurant staff met your expectations. Thank you for mentioning the earings and less polite reception staff, your feedback will be used to improve the quality of our services. As for the noise, we have already taken propriate steps to prevent our valuable guests be bothered by the unwilling noise. Last but not least issue, concerning the late-night room entrance - our MD herself checked the entrance traces for last several weeks and no information about the entrance has not been found. And it is impossible that other guests would enter your room, the card is configured for your room exclusively. As you have mentioned, the property is closely watched by the security 24/7 and the main entrance is locked from 11 pm to 7 am. However, we hope that besides of this inconvenience you enjoyed your stay in Prague and that you will stay with us at the Hotel Amarilis Prague or Hotel Savoy Prague soon. Thank you for your feedback again! On behalf of the Hotel Amarilis and Savoy team, Nicole Doskarova Marketing Manager

The heating in the room and radiator in the shower was not working, we found a bunch of hair in the shower.. The receptionist with red hair told us that everything will be fixed in 2 hours, but after more than 5 hours we found just radiator in the room. Heating was not fixed.. I want to say big thank you to young receptionist (if I remember well hes name is Daniel) he did very profesional work, manage everything very well to make us happy, changed the room where everything was perfect.

Great hotel 30 minutes walk from the city centre. The tram 22 stops in front of the hotel.
Great breakfast in a nice atmosphere with glass pergola that opens to give fresh air.
Breakfast offers many different kinds of bread, croissants, many fresh fruit (cut or whole), eggs and omelette, warm tomatoes with spices, cheese, bakeries and little mousse.
I had booked a prestige room and we were upgraded to junior suite at the back of the building, viewing the glass pergola. Very large room with ancient furniture and lamps. Carpet on the floor. Very comfortable beds
Impressive bathroom with bath and 2 separate glass doors for toilet and Italian shower. Little tiles like mosaic.

If you like being a little bit away from the hustle, bustle and can appreciate 1920-1930's feel then this is for you.

Staff were very polite and quick to greet us in our native language, we can both speak basic cezch however the staff were more than happy to communicate in English and made us feel very comfortable.

The room was clean and well presented with more than enough space to store our stuff.

Breakfast was great also with lots of different options to cater for every taste.

Located on the hill accross the river from the old town, a nice walk down to the old town with lots of restaurants, shops and a view of the city!

The hotel a bit old fashioned in style, my room had a little of that old smell.

But the breakfast room with the moving glass ceiling and the breakfast itself was lovely!

Parking garage underground and very helpful staff!
