This was, in honesty, a fallback choice because the Mandarin Oriental was full, and to tell you the truth, I liked the Aria every bit as much. From Martin, the wonderful doorman to the extremely friendly and professional front desk people, everyone, and I mean everyone we encountered was wonderful. Room 306 was very nice indeed! Breakfast was amazing. The head bartender, who seemed to work 14 hours a day was funny and super nice and spoke great English, as did Martin and all the front desk staff. The property is lovely! The artwork was interesting and tasteful. I have traveled all over most of the world, and rarely have I had such a great accidental experience! I won't stay anywhere else in Prague again! I and my group of 7 were totally charmed by the place. Every one of us. We…
We stayed only 2 nights, and wish it was much more. What a beauty, very luxurious, music themes throughout, art and sculpture in the common areas great breakfast, a library, and a stunning multilevel garden that was colorful and serene. Location is just a few minutes from the St. Charles Bridge. The staff all focused on helping us and answered every question. I highly recommend this, if you want comfort, space, great food, and kind people.
For music lovers especially, the Aria Hotel Prague is THE place to stay in Prague. The rooms are superb and the service is over-the-top excellent. Dining in the CODA restaurant was a true pleasure as was the live piano music in the lounge. The breakfasts they serve, which are included, are amazing. We would not consider staying anywhere else in Prague. Plus the location is perfect. From our junior suite overlooking the gardens you could see the U.S. Flag atop the U.S. Embassy. Just a short walk to the romantic Charles Bridge. Can't wait to return!
Just wanted to let everyone know, the ARIA Hotel is handling there support of their clients beautifully during this time. We are unsure of our travel plans currently and I reached out for options. They have been responsive, supportive and are giving us options that make the process less stressful and amazing. I haven't stepped foot in the hotel and know that if we are blessed enough to travel, it will be nothing short of amazing. The true measure of a hotel's service and quality is how they react in times of fear and uncertainty. Thank you to the staff at the ARIA for making all of this less complicated and I truly hope that we will be able to visit your hotel and lovely city later this summer. Much thanks for being compassionate. I will assure you other hotels on our…
The service was impeccable, the food on the rooftop restaurant was delicious and the room was very clean and loaded with amenities. Be sure to visit the garden, gallery and see the works of art displayed around the hotel. The staff was most helpful and suggestions were awesome. The location is a short walk to the bridge and away from tourists. Perfect!!
I have stayed many times in Aria hotel over the years & their service never falters. The staff is freindly & helpful, comfortable and clean rooms, good food and a great location. Aria has a charm with its personal choice of art and antiques not many hotels can offer. I will always come back and highly recommend it.
Really enjoyed my stay at Aria. The location was perfect. Malá Strana area and kampa park are quiet and elegant . Close enough to walk to the bridge and old town . Staff were excellent and very helpful in making my stay comfortable. Concierge services very helpful in arranging walking tour and advice on sights to visit. My room faced the street and was extremely clean and comfortable! Breakfast was terrific with great service! Will definitely stay there again !! Car service from airport as well as locally was great ! Thank you everyone at Aria for making my 5 night stay in Prague a pleasure !
The musical theme and amazing art collection are delightful. Friendly staff and lovely accommodations. The caricatures by Josef Blecha throughout the hotel add a whimsical touch everywhere you turn. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Prague!
The hotel is very well located 5 min walk from Charles bridge, the staff are very polite, good breakfast and the rooms are luxurious. I left a message with our reservation as it was my wife's 40th birthday asking for something special. They gave us an upgrade, wine and left a birthday message with a piece of cake. I would have been happy with just a note, amazing service. Highly recommended and we would stay again.
What a wonderful hotel! The location is perfect to be in walking distance to a lot of the attractions in Prague. The staff in the hotel are warm and welcoming. Definitely go up to the rooftop terrace as the view is beautiful. The room was spacious and the beds was very comfortable.
