We went to Prague to see our granddaughter play the violin in a small symphony orchestra made up of college students from around the world. With the Aria's music theme, it was the perfect place to stay. The Aria exceeded our expectations, even though they were high due to the reviews. The room was spacious and very nice. The included breakfasts were excellent and their restaurant was great. We had a fathers day dinner on the roof. It was a wonderful experience and when the evening got a bit chilly, they brought us blankets. Connected to the hotel is one of the most beautiful, multi-level gardens in Prague. It is open to the public for a price but was free to Aria guests who had access with their room keys from within the hotel. If we return to Prague, we would definitely stay

Dear Gabriel R, thank you so much for taking the time to share you experience from your stay here at the Aria Hotel Prague. It is great that you found us and that we could match with the theme of your trip. We are delighted that you liked your room, breakfast and the restaurant. The garden is called Vrtba Garden and is indeed the oldest Baroque garden in Prague, belonging to UNESCO heritage. Also, it would be great to see you in your next trip to Prague! Thank you for your recommendation and your time. Kind regards, Jiri Hlavaty General Manager

Between the excellent customer service at the front desk and the amazing Gardens behind of the hotel I can't think of a better place you would want to stay when visiting in this beautiful city. Could throw a softball to the American Embassy, The Charles Bridge is around the corner, and so many pubs and restaurants!!! Fantastic place to stay!!!!

We spent one week in Prague at the Aria Hotel that has a great location and easy access to public transportation. The surrounding area is delightful. The gardens attached to the hotel are spectacular. The Staff was always responsive and helpful. Several musical events were coordinated by the staff as well as local tour guides and drivers. A truly wonderful stay.

This hotel is inspired by music with large library of music CDs and pictures of great musicians. Good sofa sets are used for seating in restaurant. Food is excellent and service and care for customer is very good. Staff seating in music library helps for city tour and booking of music and opera. We got booking for Macbeth opera and arranges taxi for going and comeback for safety. Location is very good being walking distance from Charles bridge, most famous tourist place. Room service is cordial and prompt , food is excellent. We will recommend this hotel for stay in Prague. They changed bed linen and kept toilet and bathtub clean and shiny.

We loved everything about Aria. Location in Mala Strana, our room entitled Vivaldi, restaurant and menu selection (try duck, it is fabulous), view from roof-top terrace, breakfast, private access to Vrtbovska Gardens, hotel décor, extremely friendly and helpful staff including Zoran the restaurant manager and sommelier, and on and on. Beautiful hotel - we can highly recommend it.

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. The concierge is quick to get back to you via email with restaurant recommendations etc. Their driver met us at the train station. We were given an upgrade and had a separate living room with 1/2 bath from our bedroom with full bath. Every room comes with an iPad, that was a first. They have Apple TV loaded with Music and movies, very cool. We were a week into a 2 week trip so had some laundry to do. We gave it to them after checking in and when we got back to our room after dinner that night it was already done! Dinner at their restaurant Coda on the terrace was first class. And seeing Madeliene Albright (A Czeck native) and her family at breakfast was fun. This hotel is on the right side of town, very close to the tram

Dear phishears, thank you so much for such a detailed review about Aria Hotel Prague. We are so honored that you consider us one of the best hotels you have ever stayed at. We are glad you liked your new room and everything that was in it, the location and concierge recommendations. Concerning your laundry, we have an in-house laundry so that helps a lot. Madeline Albright is our lovely returning guest so maybe if you come back, you will have a chance of having a breakfast with her again. Thank you again for your review and I hope I get the opportunity to greet you at the Aria Hotel Prague on your next journey to Prague. Best regards, Jiri Hlavaty General Manager

An excellent hotel. Good location, good service, wonderful decor, the rooms are large with a very nice bathroom. Internet is fast. There is a complimentary IPad and Apple TV ect. in each room. But the breakfast not much choice. There is a private door that you will take you free of charge into Vrtbovska Gardens. It's lovely to walk there with a beautiful view of Prague from the top of the terraced garden. Easy to walk around the city. A good choice to stay at the Aria Hotel.

Dear kinkigg, thank you so much for your review. We are glad that you enjoyed the location, good service, wonderful decor, wi-fi, iPad, Apple TV and our rooms. The Vrtba Garden is indeed amazing so are the views, I think you can really take beautiful photos of Prague there. We are less happy that you considered the breakfast to have not much choice. Except our Bolero Buffet where we offer rich choice of fresh made dishes, you can choose from selectin of bread and pastries, charcuteria and pates, salmon adn smoked trout, many sorts of cheeses, fresh and sliced fruits, jams and cheese spreads, vegetable salads, conflakes and muesli, home-made yoghurts and cakes and sweets, we can also prepare boiled, scrambled or fried farm fresh eggs for you. We also do make French toasts, omelets, oatmeals or miso soup and more from the Ala Carte menu. We really try hard to satisfy all nationalities from our menu and we would be very happy if you could give us more tips on what to include further. I still you had a great time and that will be your hotel of choice on your next journey to Prague. Kind regards, Jiri Hlavaty General Manager

So glad we chose the Aria! First off, the garden that the hotel has access to has the most spectacular views of Prague. There is also a beautiful rooftop to enjoy a great dinner or just have drinks. The location is fantastic - about a 3 minute walk to the Charles Bridge and 15 minutes to the Castle or Old Town Square. Everyone working at the hotel was very helpful and made our first trip to Prague one to remember!

This is my second visit to the lovely boutique Aria Hotel. When I knew that I was returning to Prague, I immediately booked a room. The rooms are large for European standards with a very nice bathroom. Internet is lighting fast. There is a complimentary IPad in each room. Continental breakfast was very good with a nice selection of breads, meats, cheeses, fruit, yogurts, juices, etc. You can also order eggs any way you like. There is "tea" in the late afternoon of small sandwiches and a dessert. Right off of the breakfast area, there is a private door that will take you free of charge into Vrtbovska Gardens. It's lovely to walk there with a beautiful view of Prague from the top of the terraced garden. You can walk less than 5 minutes to the taxi stand and tram stop. About a

My Mom, sisters and I stayed at Aria Hotel in Prague and had a fantastic stay. The staff were so nice and very helpful!! They helped us get reservations at restaurants, directions to anywhere we wanted to go, and arranged reasonable transportation to the Frankfurt Airport! The hotel is gorgeous and in a great location, just down the hill from the Castle. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, a great way to start our days.

Is the property accessible by taxi and if on foot is it on a hill with multiple steps
Answer from NYC7002
Feb 2020 |
Yes, it is accessible by taxi and no, it’s not on a hill. No steps up to reception and there’s an elevator right at reception. One of the people I was traveling with had a knee issue which seriously affected his mobility and he was fine getting in and out of the hotel and accessing his room and the breakfast and public rooms.
