What travelers are saying
- dhighum2024Casper, WY1 contributionWe enjoyed our family time, the tour guide - "Jelly" was extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind! Our favorite part was seeing the eye-less crawfish in the water . This is a great stop for the whole family. Plus the gift shop is fantastic!Written April 24, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- NHJones4 contributionsThe National Corvette Museum is a fun, family-friendly spot. We spent a couple of hours there on a Sunday afternoon.
Even the elementary-age granddaughters found activities and exhibits to keep them engaged.
The museum covers the history of corvettes from inception to current times. Several rare cars are on display.
Displays include different anniversary models.
One large exhibit covers the disaster of the 2014 sinkhole when several rare cars were damaged, some beyond repair.
The gift shop offers corvette-themed clothing, mugs, magnets, model cars, etc.Written April 9, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews. - Michael M1 contributionAmazing experience.
Very well organized and highly educational without being too high level.
The classroom instructor did a excellent job with format and answering questions in an easy to comprehend manner for novice drivers. Track layout was ideal. Having done a portion of the previous format, using the full track. The new redesigned experience is much much better. Shorter track really allows your focus to remain on hitting corners and not being inundated with too many technical turns. Still a very fast track experience as well. Ken and Daryl did a wonderful job as lead car drivers. I did my best to catch them.
Where else can you go and have someone hand you the controls of a $100k Sportscar, and just let you tear at it as fast as you can. Unbelievable performance from the C8, a real beast of a car. Never have I driven a car so hard , yet it took everything I could through at it, and didn't flinch. Chevy got it right. - KeatonSaint Louis, MO6 contributionsGreat food. Long line but very fast. Chicken tenders like grandma used to make. I would definitely recommend to families. Feed out 5 with ice-cream after for a fair price.Written August 30, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Wanda HMascoutah, IL276 contributionsIf you like old house tours, this is a GREAT one! A lot of the furniture is original to the house. They let you go up into the cupola to check out the view. You get to go all the way through a lot of the rooms, with only a small amount of them roped off, so you're standing in the doorway looking in. Very approachable. The docent was VERY knowledgeable.Written April 15, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- Wanda HMascoutah, IL276 contributionsMuseums aren't my favorite type of place to go, but this one was pretty good. LOTS of in depth exhibits on a large variety of things. We were in a large group and were assigned a student that served as docent and she did an excellent job. Definitely could've spent at least half a day here.Written April 15, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
