Breckenridge Main street and the town is so cute. If you're driving through there the speed limit is very low, but then there are so many people walking around... We then parked one block away from Main street (plenty of parking available) and walked around. There are many shops and restaurants to enjoy.

We took the stroll down the Main Street and I️ wills ay it is a must. All the little shops and places to eat are great. This is a must do for all tourists as it promotes small businesses. It’s really cool at night too with all the lights and decorations.

So what if i couldn't breathe or keep up with the natives as we walked around downtown? It was so beautiful and cozy. Lots of friendly restaurant bars and happy people.

This attraction is one that is familiar to anyone who has been to any other ski town. Lots of shops and restaurants and all a bit pricey. That being said, Breckenridge is an absolutely delightful community with LOTS of skiing in and around. It is also wonderful to visit in the off-season as well. Many of the lift are still running to take you to the top. Lots of summer activities are to be found in and around the area. Beautiful any time of year.

It's nice to see that Main St has changed very little over the years. One negative remark is that it's quite dark at night as street lights are more ornamental than functional. At times the light coming from the shops and restaurants does always provide enough. It's also much easier to go directly to a car park than trying to find a place to park on Main Street.
And during winter the footpaths are generally free of snow and ice.
