It's not 2010-old, but from what I can from, it's from well before COVID (around 2018-ish).

To be fair she doesn't look like she has a spec of street smarts.

That said, the sign was funny, but after reading @Whirr pointing out the watermelon and KFC that I didn't notice before, I took my lol back because it definitely prompts a conversation to have with the boy, rather than laughing. I'd like to believe it was an honest gesture, and that he didn't realize it's a little deeper than he thought, because I think he really likes the girl and didn't mean any harm, because she is pretty and seems to be a sweetheart, which is likely why he likes her in the first place.
