We have nine different arms toning exercises that we're gonna get through. We're gonna perform exercise number one for four sets before we move on to the second exercise and we're gonna follow that format through the entire workout. This is really gonna make you feel the burn in the shoulders, the biceps and the triceps we will be performing each exercise for 30 seconds at a. I'll give you 10 seconds for a real quick rest in between so during those 30 seconds just focus on keeping proper form and getting in as many quality reps. as you can Don't forget to stick around after the workout for a real quick stretch, I'll tell you those arms are gonna need it after this workout. so grab those weights guys my timer set and I'm starting it right now.
