Sophie Monk strips nude in racy full-frontal shoot for Playboy revealing she posed for intimate photos to have reminder of her 'hot' body for when she's 'fat with saggy boobs'

She may have turned down a one million dollar offer back in 2011 and sworn to 'never ever' pose for  Playboy, but Sophie Monk has changed her tune.

The 34-year-old beauty strips nude in a racy full-frontal photo shoot for the men's magazine online outlet Playboy Plus.

Posting some of the tamer images to her Instagram page, the 2DayFm host is seen showing off her enviable figure as she poses topless.

In one shot taken from the waist up, the blonde beauty is caught mid shower. 

Standing side-on, she strategically holds her arms over her water-soaked chest in order to protect her modesty as she tilts her head back to gaze into the lens. 

Another photo sees her turn to face the camera while wearing a bright green pair of bikini bottoms.

Again holding one arm over her decolletage, she pulls at a rope while her long locks cascade in loose waves over her shoulders.

'I look very "at one with nature, save the whales ish",' she captioned the snap, adding, '[It] took over 2 hrs in hair and makeup to make sure I look as natural as possible.'

Sophie also poses with a bunch of sunflowers in her arms and in a semi-sheer white dress, while she is caught taking off a powder blue one-piece in another series of images.

After rejecting a sizable cheque to do the same thing back in 2011, Sophie explained her turn around on her 2DayFM breakfast program on Monday morning.

Not wanting to hold any regrets, she said she decided to pose up to remind herself of how 'hot' she is when she has 'saggy boobs' in 30 years time.

'I bet that when I'm 60 I'm gonna sit there with saggy boobs and go, "Why didn't I shoot it?"', she told co-hosts Merrick Watts and Jules Lund.

'Then at least I can go, as I'm fat on the couch eating chips, "I used to be hot one day!"'

Not just nudes: She also posed in a semi-sheer dress while at the beach-side location

Yet to see the final images herself, the Date Movie actress then went on to unveil the racy nude and topless photos for the first time to gasps of shock from her fellow radio stars.

A video clip from the show shows Sophie holding up one of the images as she squeals: 'Argh I can't look at it!'

Turning away, she shields her eyes and says: 'Can we flip it, it's too rude, it's too rude!'

'Holy f-.' exclaims Merrick at the same time while Jules, covering his mouth with one hand, yells, 'What? Soph! You look like a porn star!' 

'It didn't feel that rude on the day!' she screeched in reply.

Moving past the initial shock, Merrick talks out the image. He says: 'There's a photo of Sophie on all fours on a bed and in the background there's an old transistor radio.'

Able to look at the image herself, Sophie wonders out loud: 'They've airbrushed my... I look like Barbie! I don't even have one.'

Holding up another image, Merrick continues: 'Can I say Sophie, it is good to see one shot of you standing in a tree because there had to be some bush somewhere!'

The radio host also opens up about stripping down for the shoot in the interview and says the experience feels very unnatural.

'It doesn't feel normal at all,' she explains, 'You just know you should have clothes on but you just roll with it.'

'I just go to a happy place in my head.'

She also reveals that she doesn't get to veto photos she doesn't want published and has no control over the post-production processes. 

'It's not that heavy but they pay you enough to own it meaning you don't check any photos.

'I just had creative control on the day but that's it.'

The contract did give her more control than the previous off of one million dollars that she rejected back in 2011. She also says it was worth less money. 

Sophie told the publication: 'Marilyn Monroe did Playboy, it's an iconic brand.'

'Let's get real – you only live once, and I don’t plan on dieting forever. I miss pizza too much!

When the images went live on the Playboy website the day before, Sophie shared some of the more tame shots to Instagram.

However, while clearly proud enough to post the images, she also had her concerns, writing: 'I just crapped in my pants a little bit. I forgot my dad learnt google this year.' 

Finishing up: Sophie will shortly be leaving 2DayFM after revealing breakfast radio doesn't suit her
