On Tour Transport service that Hard Rock uses from the airport to the hotel is horrible!! Don’t use it. Impanima restaurant was horrible. Only two guy walking around with meat sticks for a whole 100 seat restaurant. By the time they come by with sqewers your full from the food from the buffet by the time the next cut of meat comes around. There are workers and their golf carts all over the driving all over the guest walkways. I think hotel should have service roads for workers. I think Hard Rock Punta Cana food is a bit lackluster. It can use international consultants to teach the resorts chef how to cook their internationally tailored Foods. It’s a 4 star property at best that can use a little American Hard Rock Hotel management. People serving food need to wear gloves when handling food.

The property was great. Pools were awesome. Room service was great. Toro restaurant was good House cleaning takes care of your room everyday and do a good job. Yuo Yuo Asian restaurant is good Minibar service was on point. Room provided by hotel was right by the pools and beaches.

Service and organization. We reserve a concierge room and on the 4th day after we claim, the assistance appear. Air conditioner didn't work, housekeeping really slow they made the room after 18pm and we had to change the liners because they smell a lot.

Facilities are great, main lobby, restaurants, pools and beach was wonderful. Huge hotel, really good.

The presentation trying to get us to purchase property was horrible. The team tried to pressure us to purchase and it took up most of our day. Unacceptable.

They insist too much on getting the Legendary Package. Even when we were leaving the hotel there was a girl offering a discount which we denied also multiple times. It’s ok offering the discounts, packages, etc, but it’s not comfortable when they keep offering things after you said no many times.

Distance to every thing far. Leaving: it was raining . Our outside taxi left us because we got there 30!min late maneuvering to get there after learning checkout was at a different location from checking in . The concierge was nice in helping us to use the atm to money for a new taxi . Was very frustrated.

Not enough trolley, floatings for the water park and lazy river. The personal assistant was not proactive. Theres is not signatures drinks and the air condition in the rooms and the restaurants was not working properly.

FOOD !! it wasn’t good. except from few dishes in the buffet, food was generally not very tasty. even the ice cream wasn’t great. shows at the theater were very average, you can tell they are not real professionals. but DJ and live bands were ok.

the property is big - clean and well maintained the stuff were nice and helpful very family oriented, fun for the kids.

The elevators where a trap, too old. The food was not great, you had to live the hotel for 2 days to know where to eat and where NOT to. Selected plates from each restaurant where acceptable / good, the rest was terrible. Service was good but not great.

The infraestructure of the Hotel was good The aquatic park, swiming pools, lobby and transport in the property was good.

There is some construction going on but it was well hidden and unobtrusive.

The beach/ocean was perfect. Absolutely beautiful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the service was excellent and the food was well above average for an all inclusive. A special shout out to Alexis and Grey who staffed the Bongos pool who were fun and energetic.

Check in was smooth and easy. there were many employees in the lobby willing to help. There’s also people offering vacation packages waiting until check in is done to give a short welcome orientation and sign you up for a breakfast presentation. I read reviews that the hotel did not accept Amex, but I had no problem using my card… it was the tour’s transportation that only accepted Visa or Mastercard The hotel surroundings are beautiful, many blooming gardens. Room was nice. Beds were comfortable. Our favorite pool was the Eden pool. It was empty in the morning, had it all to ourselves. Also enjoyed that there’s a soft serve machine there The beach is stunning, white sand and many different shades of blue and turquoise. It’s cleaned every morning so there’s not a lot of seaweed buildup. One must be cautious when sea bathing due to strong waves and currents, but there are always several lifeguards on duty. People pass by offering photos with monkeys and macaws, but they are respectful and do not insist if you are not interested. Since we were on our wedding anniversary, we decided to do a photo shoot. It was super fun and the photos came out stunning! We did the dolphin tour. The hotel made all the arrangements and everything ran very smoothly. It was a wonderful experience to be able to swim with the dolphins. The location is just a short ride away. We also enjoyed a day at the spa. Highly recommend hydrotherapy and couple’s massage. Food was great, many options to choose from. We loved Ciao for breakfast and lunch (no reservations needed). Toro Steakhouse was very good too.
