Halime Hatun was shown as the daughter of Osman Ghazi and Bala Hatun in Kurulus Osman series in season 4. She was the younger sister of Orhan, Alaeddin Ali and Fatma Hatun. She was a fictional character in the series. Her death occurred off screen in time-lapse between season 4 and 5, devastating her parents and siblings.

Halime Melek Hatun must have been loosely based on Osman Ghazi's niece Halime Hatun who was the daughter of Savci Bey. It could be possible Osman and Bala Hatun must have adopted her as their own daughter.
