Diese Liste umfasst die Seen in Neuseeland einschließlich künstlich angelegter Stauseen. Nach einer Liste der flächengrößten und tiefsten Seen folgt die nach Regionen geordnete Liste aller Seen. Neuseeland besitzt 775 Seen mit mindestens 500 Metern Länge, die insgesamt 1,3 % der Landmasse Neuseelands bedecken.[1]

Alle diese Seen befinden sich auf der Südinsel. Der tiefste See der Nordinsel ist der 248 m tiefe Lake Waikaremoana.[2]
