Horror fan 4 Great movie. Loved the stories and direction. The characters were outstanding especially the lead actor. Plenty of jump scares that got me Everytime. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 04/26/24 Full Review William Great film. Someone said there were a lot of homages to Kubrick, Steven King's Creepshow and early horror movies. I agree. The scene in Priddle's house has a bar scene that's shot like the Shining. Anyway. I enjoyed it. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 04/17/24 Full Review John D An enjoyable British horror anthology of 3 tales connected by a psychic debunker challenged to solve three inexplicable cases with an M. Knight-style twist ending. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 04/07/24 Full Review Alec B What you've got here are three relatively intriguing horror concepts that end just as they are getting interesting held together by a pretty mediocre central story. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/05/24 Full Review Fleegle B Movie was really boring, it had some spooky scenes but the deaths are off screen alot and alot of scenes seem to be cut out. I don't know why the movie has such a high critic score Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/06/24 Full Review Mortal Good acting and directing. Besides the ending, which if you ask me is a cheap choice, I believe this movies does what it promises. Good pacing and built up, and the narration of the point of view of the investigator is fresh. I recommend it. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 03/09/24 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

      J. R. Jones Chicago Reader A real layer cake, this horror lark from British TV guys Jeremy Dyson and Andy Nyman. Mar 5, 2020 Full Review Jake Wilson The Age (Australia) It's a letdown to find that there's nothing at the bottom of a box of tricks which in themselves are not as clever as they could have been. Rated: 2/5 Oct 29, 2018 Full Review David Stratton The Australian This is a low-tech affair, and all the more interesting for it. You never know quite where it's going, but it doesn't let up for a moment. Rated: 4/5 Oct 26, 2018 Full Review Benedict Seal Vague Visages Ghost Stories is refreshingly old-fashioned in its embrace of classical horror techniques. Ultimately, Nyman and Dyson’s film is so full-bloodedly cinematic that it leaves one wondering how on earth they captured this on the stage. Dec 5, 2023 Full Review Emma Wolfe SpookyAstronauts It definitely molds itself some way completely different and gives a great, great payoff. Rated: 7/10 Apr 9, 2021 Full Review Alix Turner Ready Steady Cut British anthology horror film with an overarching story about a supernatural skeptic. Written and directed by Jeremy Dyson and Andy Nyman, based on their play of the same name. Rated: 3.5/5 Jan 28, 2021 Full Review Read all reviews
