We spent 4 nights in LN Garden at the end of December 2019 and cross over till January 2020. The arrangement superseded our expectation. The hotel was the house hold name in Guang Zhou for years. We were not disappointed. First, staffs come from a variety of ethnicity. They are friendly, helpful, and can speak English fluently. In terms of the hotel environment, it is highly multi-cultural. If you are a foreigner you would like this hotel because you may meet up new friends from different places, even outside China. In one specific instance, I met 2 ladies from Mexico during shopping with my wife. It happened when we were sharing about shopping experiences in a shopping mall (20 minutes drive from the hotel). My wife and I were so surprised to learn that the 2 ladies had been staying in LN Garden as well. And guess what, they told me they knew the area well because shopping in GuangZhou is an annual event for them. Each time they stay in this hotel for the dining experience, convenience of location, and the multi-cultural environment for meeting new friends from different international background.
Lastly. I actually enjoy the gym room very much. It is of decent size and with sufficient equipment allowing me to keep my body healthy. After a nice workout, you can go back to the bathroom for a nice sauna rest. That kept me going for the rest of the day.

LN Garden Hotel is located in the middle of Guangzhou and it is easy and convenient to get to all destinations. Despite the COVID situation in China, LN Garden Hotel seems to be a popular destination. Check in was quick and upon arrival, we were informed that we had been upgraded to executive level with free entrance to the executive lounge including high tea, happy hour and breakfast. It was my friend's birthday amd the hotel hads organized birthday cake, which was very thoughtful. I have stayed in LN Garden Hotel on several occasions but this time I could feeel that the service button had been pushed a little extra and the entire staff was very helpful and attentive. The rooms are clean and with all amenitities expected in a 5 star hotel. My room was out to the main road but the windows are sound proofed so not a sound disturbed me. I would like to especially thank Jay Li (senior guest service manager) and his team for following up during the stay making sure that everything was toour satisfaction. I can definitel recommend LN Garden Hotel for every visitor to Guangzhou

We stayed in the Garden Hotel Guangzhou for our last three nights during our Guangzhou Trip in April 2023. Upon arrival, we were greeted by very courteous staff who escorted us to the Chinese restaurant for our first lunch, as well as our room. Originally, our room was on the 14th floor facing the old district, with a loud construction sound as it signals the future construction for metro lines. The amenities in the room were really amazing, and it also boasts a large bathtub in the double bed room (not for the single bed room). It would have been appreciated if another mini toilet was built in the living room area as people who need to sleep there (with extra beds) won’t need to go into the master bedroom in the middle of the night. Unfortunately, construction work began at 7am, which woke all of us instantly on the second day. Hence, we have requested for a change of room, and we were then relocated to the 13th floor facing the hotel lobby, in which there wasn’t construction noise finally. Hence, the last two nights of sleep were a little better.
Beds were really comfortable indeed- it was just a crying shame that the quality of sleep wasn’t as good as the previous few nights in the villa (probably due to some personal reasons). We have also used the facilities around the hotel. While the large hot tub jacuzzi was really appreciated as the weather was turning cold during our last day of stay, unfortunately the jacuzzi was faulty and could not be opened. Hence we were just soaking in the hot water bath without having the jacuzzi opened.
Rooms were very large, and we appreciated the very kind service across the hotel. Overall, we had an amazing stay despite the construction noise, poor sleep quality, and the faulty jacuzzi in the hotel. A 4-star review deserved!!

Wonderful customer service; attentive, welcoming, friendly and helpful. Lots of good English speakers. A spacious apartment room with a quirky combination of Chinese and Western design. Large bathroom and huge deep bath. Great lighting in the room! Wide selection of spotlights but also an overhead light so a brightly lit room was possible! Gorgeous garden with outdoor seating, a bar (with food) and live music. Very plush reception area with staff to help you in and out. Also - very convenient - a fast moving easily accessible taxi service coming up to the front door. Several sights nearby and very close to the large shopping mall The Friendhip Store. Definitely recommend.

The Staff were incredible. People don't come back for the rooms or the food, they come back for the staff and the service. We stayed with our friends who were leaving China as a final hurrah, we were upgraded to the Executive Suites and made to feel so welcome and appreciated at every moment. Our friend also celebrated her birthday there and the staff gave her a cake, took some photos which they turned into a small book and sung Happy Birthday to her!! It was amazing. We live in Guangzhou but do staycations downtown once in a while - I'm coming back here 😁

Stayed 2 nights. Check in procedure was long but staff very courteous. After a few hours, we found the room freezing cold, so I requested reception to fix the issue. They immediately upgraded us to an executive room. The staff named Curtis Zhang apologized that they let us down on our first visit. Room was very comfy, quiet, clean and well equipped amenities. Concierge staff were very helpful. Breakfast has good selection. Location is perfect with 2 min walk to subway station, bus stop and taxi readily available. Lots of small local restaurants and shops while walking around. I will definitely stay here again if I come to Canton in the future.

Although we live and work in Guangzhou, we find ourselves staying at the Garden Hotel regularly, at least 4 times a year. The Hotel is located near some excellent restaurants and bars and is close to our favorite shopping centers and markets. There are other hotels in this area, but we always return to the Garden Hotel. The rooms are clean, large, and elegant, the gardens are beautiful and well kept but the best part of staying at the Garden Hotel is the outstanding service. It was my wife’s birthday on our last visit, and we stayed 3 nights. The hotel upgraded everything for us automatically, including access to the executive lounge. The lounge had breakfast, afternoon tea and happy hour. The attention to detail here was outstanding. Western or Chinese breakfast with buffet, afternoon tea had fruit and small snacks, happy hour had complementary beer and wine. Everything served with impeccable detail. Once again, the best part was the service. Ruby and Shelly made our experience perfect. They quickly learned our names, preferences for drinks and gave helpful advice about the area. Both spoke perfect English as does most of the staff at the Garden Hotel. On our last day, Ruby and Shelly gave a wonderful picture/puzzle of the Garden Hotel in a frame with a card signed by all the staff in the executive lounge, this was a wonderful surprise. If you are staying in Guangzhou, I strongly recommend the Garden Hotel. We have stayed there about 10 times and I am looking forward to our next visit.

Fabulous looking lobby, but very busy hotel. Slow check in. Make sure to check your room type and requirements, they have ignored my request at first but was able to fix it. Friendly management team. Deposit is a bit much, they require 500 RMB per day per room as a bond. Good location close to shopping districts. A large shopping Centre just 5 mins walk across the road. Plenty of restaurants in surrounding. Not recommended to dine in the hotel restaurants, very pricy, approximately looking at $70-100 AUD per hand. Hotel has the most amazing garden and man made waterfalls, make sure to check them out

I checked in on 9 April 2023 and didn't have the time to discover the country since my departure is the next day. But staying in this hotel didn't let me down! You can meditate just in their luxurious room and enjoy such a beautiful view and environment just eating lunch under their waterfall. Their staff are not fluent in English but they were so friendly and professional and managed to understand my requests and needs! I love this place and it's details!

I have staid in many hotels around the world, I can confidently say that this hotel was by far the best service I have received. As we were leaving the hotel the General Manager Mr Franco Lo saw us and immediately helped us carry our suitcases even though there were other staff available to carry them, a truly humble man leading by example, they say culture flows from the top, I now understand why the staff are so helpful, their leader teaches them by example. Anyone from our company and also my business associates will be staying at LN Garden Hotel whenever in China. Special thanks to Mr Franco Lo, you are a true gentleman.
